“Great place been shopping at Menards for years. I gave Menards 4 stars cause we ordered a gas stove and deep freezer, we paid to have the gas stove delivered in the house the deep freezer we did not, since I was going to put the deep freezer on my screened in porch, I thought the guy would bring it into my screened in porch since it’s actually in the house. he wanted $20 to walk the deep freezer 6 feet into the screened in porch. I would not ever have anything delivered from Menards ever again, there delivery process sucks. It took me and my dad less then 30 seconds to bring the deep freezer in and I saved $20. Save money and deliver your stuff your self. We paid $100 for delivery”

“Huge sign saying item was $20 less than it had been priced out. Grabbed it and went up to the register only to have it ring up the original price, employee escorted me to a regular register instead of self-checkout where that employee could not change the price and agreed with the other gal that you can't do anything on a self-checkout. Gal on the register called for a manager and after 10 minutes I left. With no purchase. Will not recommend. Probably will not shop there again. Will also note, I saw nine employees around the checkout and paint area. Most all working, but no one available to override the price at the register. 👎”

“I had dropped off some suits to get dry cleaned for my dad’s funeral. Because of the weather, they weren’t returned back to Home Style in time. Staff were so helpful and kind. They went out of their way to get my suits back to the store. The locker system worked so well for pickup. The building is clean and welcoming. I highly recommend their service. I won’t go anywhere else.”

“Came in to buy some paint, 2 female staff where just hanging out talking and paid no attention. I asked for some restroom paint, just plain white, she pointed didn't even bother to get up. All they had was a deep base, so I went back to ask if they had any regular base, she said whatever we have on shelf, a male staff over herd and said yes we do, she just walked away and kept gossiping with the other staff, meanwhile the male staff got on forklift and got my paint. Terrible customer service by female staff.. won't ask them for any help”

He was really nice about everything and told me where I could go buy bolts and screws. He said he really loves working here and couldn't imagine himself working anywhere else! What an awesome guy!”

“Went into Menards on my lunch break to do an exchange. Went to the returns counter and the cashier was standing and talking to another employee about non-work related topics. She and the other employee stared at me, no greeting and no sign of intention to help me out. I eventually took my item into the store with receipt to find the item I wanted to exchange. Once found, I returned to the service counter where Jolea and her coworker remained in the same spot unwilling to help or greet me but kept staring at me. Once I said “hey I need to get this exchanged” Jolea came to assist me with an attitude. She is majorly lacking customer service skills and shouldn’t be at the service counter if she’s unwilling to be kind and helpful.”

“I don’t usually put reviews out there but the service I receive from Affordable Heating and Cooling was excellent. Just moved to a new house and still familiarizing myself to the heating system in our house. I had trouble getting my heating system staying warm one day so, I ended up calling them. He came in right away to check my furnace and it was such a relief when he assured me everything is working and showed me how to reset my thermostat. He even checked my furnace two days after his service to see if everything is good and never charged me. Thank you so much”
