“Heritage just finished building our beautiful pool. If it wasn't for Heritage, we wouldn't have a pool. We have a large easement, the pool is close to the house, the first two companies we contacted said the pool could only be, at most, 6 ft wide (which would be a worthless waste of money); neither company was responsive or tried to discuss and understand what our needs for a pool were. David from Heritage, on the other hand, explained that the distance between the pool and the house is proportional to the depth of the pool. He showed a level of knowledge and care above and beyond the other two popular companies! Since we were looking for a pool to play and do some swimming, we were able to build a gorgeous 8 ft x 32 ft that fits exactly what we were looking for (less than 5 ft deep). David has excellent taste. We are finishing the landscaping, and all the neighbors who have taken a peak compliment how beautiful the colors and the marble look. The process was lengthy and there was one delay, but the communication was always clear. They never tried to coerce us into buying more than what we could afford, and the construction manager was always open to involve my husband so that we could help reduce costs where possible. For their knowledge, professionalism, courtesy, patience, responsiveness, attention to their customers and to the quality of their products, Heritage is unarguably a 5-start company.”
