“We were shopping for new windows after moving into our new home this summer and came across Window Mart. This was my first time shopping for windows and I had no idea what to expect. When our project manager, Alex Seo, showed up at our home, he was extremely professional and respectful. He went through all of the various options out there and guided us to pick the best window options for our house. Fast forwarding a couple of months, we were interested in shopping for door replacements and decided to hit up Alex. Alex was quick to respond and scheduled his visit the next day. Again, he was very professional and pleasant to work with. He even offered to drop off and pick up colour samples for us so we can visualize what colour door fits our house. Thank you Alex for his patience and knowledge on windows and doors. We are looking forward to the installation in a couple of months!”

“Would not recommend anyone to using their services. On July 14, 2023, we ordered vegetation control 3 to eliminate weeds for our final grade preparation. Our landscapers are ready to go as soon as Green Drop comes by, but despite taking our payment upfront, they haven't shown up as promised within five business days. It's now August 3, and after multiple calls, they keep rescheduling without providing a valid reason for the delays. They seem unresponsive and unhelpful, leaving us uncertain about when they will actually come. You are better off going to another company.”

“This store used to be 5 stars but now they are just very overpriced. For a place that gets "everything" donated, it just seems wrong the way they price their items. Went in looking for chairs, found some nice chairs, they were priced $90 EACH! A more reasonable price would be anywhere from $90 - $150 for all 4.”
