“We’ve been using Purewater for pool opening/closing and sometime maintenance since buying our house 4 years ago. Service has always been excellent, with the office and pool service staff always friendly and professional. Quotes for work are detailed and accurate, scheduling is clear, and response times to requests are very reasonable. I’d never owned a pool before this and the service staff who work on the pool, and the staff in the water test lab in the store, have been happy to help me learn what I need to do to be able to maintain it myself through the summer. The pool, deck, and shed are always left clean and tidy. Great service all around.”

In addition to being a fabulous designer who saw my vision she enthusiastically worked with my existing materials to help me select additional tile to complement the space. I honestly can’t say enough about the support she provided me through this project and am beyond thankful to have had the opportunity to work with her. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Anna from the Outlet who walked miles with me to find a solution for my project. This is one very patient employee who listened to my story, understood the issues I was faced with and spent an enormous amount of time working with me. Though we didn’t find a solution at the outlet I am grateful for her time, conversations and expertise, truly appreciated. I absolutely had the best experience here and will undoubtedly be back!!”

“I needed to install a Bosch dishwasher but one of the toe kick brackets was missing. I spent along time on the phone and in person while they tried to find the part in their on line manuals. They were unable to locate it so I went home but 2 days later they called me to say they had found the part and they kept it until I could get in. The staff were all very helpful and I really appreciated their perseverance. I would definitely use their services in the future. The price of the part was half what is was going to cost if the manufacturer had to supply it!”
