“Very prompt service. My oil furnace went out and they sent 2 technicians on the same day. They replaced parts and fixed it. The only part I wasn’t prepared for was the price— $1700. I hadn’t had routine service on the furnace in a few years, but I was still shocked at the total,, which included $169 to come out, $500+ for parts and $700+ labor.”

“Rite Windows' biggest selling point is their 50-year warranty. It's a good deal if you're happy with the product and the professionalism of their work crews, which unfortunately, over the course of several months and two visits, I was not. The installation happened in June 2023. The crew was friendly, but left out some of the plugs that covered up screw holes in the window and did not do a very consistent job of caulking. Pictures are from after this first visit. The product itself was also not what I expected. There were manufacturing issues, with the handle edges on the sashes being very sharp, bits of vinyl sticking out, and the mitering wasn't very tight on some of the corners. It just wasn't the quality I was expecting for the price. The second crew came out in August 2023 on warranty to replace the sashes, put in the rest of the plugs, and redo the caulking, but the sashes had the same issue of sharp handle edges and the caulking was again inconsistent in quality. If this is what the 50-year warranty on product and service covers, I'd rather cancel it for a partial refund. Edit: revising this rating as I am presently working things out with one of the managers. Another issue (that can't be visualized) is the lack of noise reduction properties in the window. If your neighborhood is already quiet, these windows might be fine, but I was hoping for more soundproofing. Final edit: the issues I raised have been resolved to my satisfaction.”

“We recently had Chase Plumbing extend our outdoor gas line for a gas grill. They were very professional and provided us with a quote before the work began. They were on time, on budget and courteous. Chase also did the plumbing for our entire new construction house. While we didn't have direct contact with Chase during this (they dealt directly with the builder), everything has been running smoothly. I highly recommend Chase Plumbing.”

“Sum Zero did a great job installing whole-house mini splits. When we had concerns about the location of line sets at the last minute, they redrew the plans (over a weekend) and shifted to floor mount units to make the lines easier to deal with. The installation crew was hard-working, careful, and considerate. We are pleased with the installation. UPDATE: Three months after the installation, we are having significant trouble keeping our house at the right temperature. We are trying to engage with Sum Zero to fix the problems. I will update this review when it becomes clearer whether Sum Zero has provided satisfactory service after the installation.”

“Northwest placed poison bait traps in yard without notification. These traps contained the very worst rodenticide poisons that kill wildlife, our pets and do significant harm to the environment. When asked, northwest told us these bait traps were safe. Not true at all. Only use companies that will provide safe pest management without using harmful chemicals.”

“I have not had any issues with them. Got some cedar by the foot this summer, we had a bit of a mixup in type but was able to get it sorted out no issue. They have a great hardware supply section and lots of great products for decking, roofing, etc. A good go-to before the big box.”
