“I was very pleased with the work done to replace my furnace. Every single person with whom I worked was polite, professional and willing to answer all my questions. They also helped me understand the differences in the furnace options so that I could feel confident in my choice. On top of that, the techs were incredibly neat and tidy - you'd never know anyone had been in my utility room! I would absolutely recommend them and will have them back when it's time for a new AC unit.”

“Worst customer service experience— I purchased a dryer from my local Lowe's store. Lowe's delivered 3 different dryers all which didn’t work upon installation. After the third attempt, I requested a refund. The refund was granted, but not refunded back to my credit card, but instead refunded to my local store. I had to return to the store, where I waited an hour to receive cash back on my credit card purchase. Hours were wasted and while the customer service agents I spoke with apologized and were pleasant, no one ever offered a discount, gift card or any other compensation for the inconvenience. I will never make another purchase from Lowe's again.”
