“I had a problem with the hot water pipe line to dishwasher and to the kitchen faucet. The valve got stuck and the water was dripping behind the dishwasher since the appliance stopped working. I googled and got The Perfect Home Services aka Aqua Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, called them and scheduled the service quickly. I got the service availability within few hours though I never been into the premium membership. The service person fixed the problem, was super awesome, he had been keeping the smile all time and showed much interest to fix anything you throw at him about the plumbing. He was so friendly and fixed the valves in no time, also he showed certain areas where the future repair might be required, that really helps us to check and decide when to call them again. He indeed explained very detail for all the options he put together. The way he explained was super simple and very easy for us to follow what he is talking about. He also customized the options for us to get the most discounted price for the max repairs. Lastly, I don't have to say I signed up for the VIP program for the benefits and the discounts. Worth the price, Easy to approach, transparent repairs/ services. Definitely Recommended.”

“For a company that claims to be the best they have made several mistakes. First window they took out they broke in my house and left glass all over the upstairs and outside as well. The side door did not lock and the handle on the one window was already bent. I was told that feldco was an easy process with the best quality and so far this has been very untrue. They are "really sorry" though. All they offered to do was come out in a month to repair which they were going to do anyway via warranty. Now I have to take another day off and maybe they can do the job right the second time. Very disappointing 😞”
