“I used ARS for a furnace tune up. This was the first time ever doing this as I’m a new homeowner. The office staff was great and got me an appointment same day! The tech that came out was super courteous, professional, and helpful. He expressed that he encourages people to watch him through the process so they know exactly what is going on and there are no surprises or mistrust, which I very much appreciated. He was honest about the age and shape my furnace was in and upfront about any cost if I needed to replace a part and that because of the age, it really wasn’t worth it. A few days later, my furnace started leaking and I panicked. Called them and someone came out next day. It turns out, the tech forgot to connect a hose back after the tune up. The tech that came out to fix the issue checked 3 times to make sure everything was back and working smoothly before he left and there was no charge to me since it was an error on their part! I was so relieved. People make mistakes, so it was not a big deal to me. I am just happy that they took responsibility for their mistake and corrected it so promptly. Both of the techs that came out were so helpful and answered all of the questions I had. I had a pleasant experience with not only the techs but also the office staff. Everyone was on time and efficient unlike other places that will make you wait all day. Would 100% recommend them and am going to continue using ARS in the future!”

“One of the best meals I’ve had in a very long time and honestly probably top 3 restaurant in Pittsburgh. Service and ambiance were amazing. I have a nut and shellfish allergy and they accommodated me every step of the way. Each dish was perfectly balanced, the drinks were clearly curated and made to perfection, and the dessert (apple spice cake) was the perfect way to end a great night. Worth the wait. “From the time we sat down with the salesman to the time we had our roof installed was only about 2 weeks. Once the roofers got here, they had everything removed from the old roof and the new roof installed in 8 hours! We were so impressed and not expecting it to be done in a day with having a complex, steeper pitched roof. After they finished, they went around to make sure the work site was cleaned up well and no nails were left laying around the yard. The supervisor also came to our house and spoke with me for awhile, explaining various parts of the process. She was so personable and you could tell she truly cared that the customer was satisfied with the work done. “We recently had our roof replaced by JP roofing and metal buildings. Inc. We have a very large roof with many high peaks. When we started the process we had several local companies come and view our roof. Every single one of them except JP roofing said they would get back with us with a price. JP roofing gave us a quote the day they came. We are still waiting to hear back from the others! J P Roofing completely replaced our roof in one day. They were very professional, and their craftsmanship was exceptional. When they left, everything was cleaned up, you would have never known they were here, except for the beautiful new roof on my home. It was a smoother process than we ever imagined. We had heard good things about this company but they really exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be more pleased.”
