“We received a reminder of the appointment well in advance. The morning of our maintenance we received a notice with the technicians name and arrival time. Vince was very knowledgeable, punctual and very thorough in his work. He was here to perform our semi annual maintenance on our systems. He kept us informed of what he was doing and his findings. He was very considerate about bringing dirt into the house and on our floors. He gave us a summary on everything he did. Very pleased with his service. Thank you Vince!”

“I have been going here for years for plants, trees and shrubs for our home landscaping. I appreciate that if they are out of something they can usually tell you if they are getting any more in and when. There are many varieties and sizes of small flowers through trees to choose from; landscape rocks, pebbles, boulders. They have many small to large pots, fountains, and even have a neat gift shop at the rear of the property - some unique gift ideas there, especially if you are looking for something for inside decor; wall hangings, Florida decor. It is a large property, and many things going on, with many customers not familiar with the proclivities of Florida plants and trees so asking lots of questions - but a little patience yields great choices of plants and trees and some free guidance to get it done successfully.”

“This company used to be one of my favorites to use on the island. Lately with so many rental home and mass expansion in employees the personal service is gone. They sent a tech over to my home that miss diagnosed the problem and did not fix anything. I have video of the tech hanging out at my beach house to add up hrs and get the bill up. Lapensee fired the employee but never credited me for the bill I paid through managing company. Been using them for years but wont any longer on any of my homes in Anna Maria”
