“Lowes in macadonia collaborating with streetsboro, I ordered a refrigerator and it turned out to be too big, and would not fit at all, the delivery men refused to take the refrigerator back. Stated to purchase a new one and they will remove it when bringing the next one. What type of service is that? So I went to the store to order another refrigerator, and scheduled a removal pick up for the first one, just to be told it’s out of stock days later, not while I was in the store, and no one still had not removed the first refrigerator. I spoke with another associate to order another refrigeraytor 3rd time, just to be told hours prior to delivery time, that this refrigerator was out of stock as well. 3x??? Staff didn’t know that prior to completing either of my transactions? And the first over size refrigerator is still not removed. Very disappointing experience, frustrating and bad service.”
