“We went to the restaurant, they didn't have some of the things on the menu. My wife ordered pasta and I wasn't very hungry so I just ordered pancakes for dinner. The pancakes were supposed to come with a glass of orange juice. It was orange drink, not juice. And my pancakes were totally cold. So I didn't eat anything. My wife's pasta was edible, but not very good. She tried to order a glass of wine, to be told they didn't have any. When I complained to the waitress, she said there was nothing she could do. I would never go back, and recommend that you don't go.”

“The place is good. Staff is friendly. And goes of the way to be polite, especially the guards. Spacious inside and out. Warm pool is worth it at night. They turned on the wave once requested, the schedule every 2 hours is followed only as needed. You can see they quite cut back on some amenities. Breakfast is on the light side, so better prepare if you are a breakfast person. I hope the handles will be fixed in the restroom, especially on the tub side, it is dangerous. And hope they will add additional suction/rubber mats for better stability. Water access 24/7 is good, if they can provide. You can get potable water from the restaurant until 10pm only. Bring what you need prior to arriving, like food supplies. Overall is is still recommended.”

“Booked this place because we thought Potipot Island is still open to the public, it ain’t for a while. Let me start with the positive: The staff were friendly and attended to all our requests. The beach was child friendly and clean Negative: The rooms are old. The pictures attached say a thousand words. Not worth the money we paid-4500 for 2adults & 2kids. The beachfront room we were assigned to was even worst, the floors were wooden and creaking. It felt so old that I thought Maria Clara can pop out of the mirror anytime. We had to be reassigned a new room because the bed broke. The pool was dirty The food was ok, some had generous servings, but is expensive. Generally NOT recommending the place.”

“The grounds on the apartment complex was really nice and the pool area was clean and set out nicely. We had trouble with our room as we're given a much smaller room and not the 2 bedroom as shown in the picture when booking. This was resolved but at extra cost, dissapointing as we chose this for the value and the price we ended up paying had we know this before we would have chose differently. The new room although 2 bedroom was tiny and the layout was strange and nearly as uncomfortable as the couch. We only had bedding for 1 bed and 2 towels between 4 of us. Upon check out they attempted to charge for a missing plate...we never used as we ate out every meal. Very uncomfortable experience. Would not stay here again, glad we only had 2 nights there.”

Despite it being particularly flat they managed to find a spot and even took the initiative to find alternate activities to do as contingency. Got the basic room which was value for money. Beds were super soft. Managers were super friendly but only qualms was the limited food menu.”

“Accidentally booked but no regrets. The place is nice. Condo style unit rooms with fridge and heater. Has a counter qnd chairs to dine. The wifi is fast and good for streaming and work. With room service massage available. The hallway is surprisingly spacious and there's a lobby area in each floors. Just minor things worth notable: It's Christmas but the place looks like a hospital. No decorations. All plain white walls. The hallway looks like an assylum. The location is very accesible to mall, cafes, etc. Warning: Not good for the elderly. There's NO elevator. You have to walk to the 3rd floor using stairs. Not a Bldg. Code compliant. Overall, the place is nice and I will recommend it.”

“For those who are on a very strict budget for accomodations in Baguio City, this can be an option (but I won't really recommend). If you have a vehicle, then this place can be good. Not recommended if you just plan to commute going to the city proper. The staff is okay, but for cubicles you'll need to rent an electric fan. Plus, the bed don't have a plywood underneath so you'll feel the metal frames underneath the bed mattress. The view is also just okay.”

The entire night our electricity was cut out and the receptionist was of no help at all. Definitely could not stay at this place for more than one night”
