“It isn’t perfect, but Ok. In this hotel they have only 6 washing machines in all building (here is over 500 flats), it’s isn’t enough. Also from this 6 washing machines working like 3-4 maximum. It’s clean, good flats, but furniture isn’t new. It’s used with damage. Location isn’t good because you should to make change if you want to get to city centre. Overall 4 from 5.”

“A little and lovely intimate hotel with very good and friendly service. Just a few minutes walk to the seaside Rooms were clean. I used the Sauna every evening and I loved that it was reserved only for me! Thank you Breakfast was really good and I particurlaly really loved the scrambled eggs or omlettes that were one could order. So yummy😋 A wide variety of honey, jams, cheese, sausages, bread, fruit etc etc Make a point to visit the restaurant beacuse it is an amazing experince and the food is soooo tasty”

“Absolutely fantastic place! There is not one smallest thing i can fail on this one. Late check in was great, service fantastic. Whole hotel from entry gate to your room was tidy and crystal clean! Whole ambience, decor and quality is much more close to 5* boutique hotel. Even breakfast was absolutely fantastic tasty experience, the only mistake we made is to arrive too late and kitchen was closed by this time. If breakfast was so good, I can not imagine how great are dinners! Will be 100% back”

“I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Platinum Apartments and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a beautiful hotel in a prime location. We had room k206 slightly far away from the reception but big plus was that area was really quiet and nearby from the center. Their Italian restaurant, Piatti, offered delicious meals that satisfied our taste buds. Also very nice approach to kids! One of the highlights of our stay was the special attention given to the children. The hotel had a plethora of features that catered to their needs and ensured they had a memorable time. The only minor drawback was that the multifunctional room lacked a bar or beverage options, but considering the overall experience, it did not overshadow the positive aspects. The service at Platinum Apartments was top-notch. The staff members were friendly and proactive, going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. I would like to specifically mention a blonde lady whose name I unfortunately forgot. She was instrumental in extending our reservation, which was initially booked through a third-party platform, for an extra night. Not only did she secure the same suite for us, but she also arranged for a late check-out to accommodate our schedule. Another staff member who deserves recognition is Sophia/Sofia. She assisted us with transportation services from Sklarzska Poruba to Prague and her professionalism and excellence were evident throughout the entire process. Overall, our stay at Platinum Apartments was nothing short of amazing. Our twins had a truly memorable experience, thanks to the thoughtful facilities and exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful location, great facilities, and outstanding service. “A great place to visit Kazimierz Dolny and relax in a Spa. It's located a 15 minute walk from the old town a bit hidden from all the tourist traffic. Rooms are tidy, our was quite small. There is a sauna and jacuzzi of you like. Massages are also offered. The road to the Hotel is not suited for very low or very wide cars and could be a challenge for motorcycles when wet. Private parking looks safe.”

“In its price a great combination! The rooms are in good repair. No unnecessary odors! Good, not soft mattress. There is a kettle and accessories. Nice shower room, strong water pressure. Everything is in excellent condition. There is a parking lot for adequate money, it is possible to leave the car on the street. The neighborhood is not noisy. The staff is polite and responsive. I recommend for those who travel by car and moto!”

“Perfect location. The rooms were great, nicely decorated and spacious. Purely. Nice outdoor swimming pool. There is also no problem with parking the car. The residence is nicely and elegantly furnished, the finishing materials are consistent and it is clear that everything was thought out at the design stage. There is also an elevator. Unfortunately, the breakfast and restaurant service leave much to be desired (constantly hiding behind the counter, eternal waiting for the order and the bill). The breakfast menu itself is quite strange and sloppily presented. The coffee machine was dirty and the cups were also unwashed. Scrambled eggs served in baking paper, compacted into one piece so that you can cut it with a knife. A place worth recommending, but breakfasts could really be much better since they are on offer.”

“I highly recommend this resort! We stayed at the beginning of August 2023 with my husband and three-year-old for a week. The owner is fantastic, a very warm and nice person, the food is homemade, delicious and varied, the playground outside is a fairy tale, the living room inside is stocked with many cool toys, puzzles, jigsaws, books for children, etc. The interior is not modern, but it is clean and neat. Great location, a bit out of the way, so not as crowded as in the center, about a 10-15 minute walk to the sea. There are several other playgrounds nearby. I recommend it especially for families with children :-)”

“We had been there for a MTB downhill weekend and selected this hotel because of its location, just opposite the lift (1 min bike ride). The hotel is really well prepped for the Bikers. Enough parking space, it is possible to wash your bike of outside, there is a heated storage rooms for bikes in the hotel, and a room to dry your shoes and protectors if needed. Breakfast and dinner are decent and tasty. Breakfast also offers a good choice overall. In the evenings you can relax in a nice bar downstairs and have some drinks. On another floor you have two billiard tables and also a ping pong. They are free accessible and also in a really good condition.Thumbs up for this. The staff was very friendly and very helpful on all our small requests and questions. Good service overall. Rooms are offering good space, are clean and styled nicely. In summary: Perfect place for the MTB weekend in the area. The place offers what it promotes and all you need to enjoy your biking weekend. Will happily come back again by chance.”

Rooms were available in different budget, and we choose a double room “Chardonnay” with king size bad and sofa for our daughter. We slept well, but air conditioning was a bit freezing.
