“The Hamilton way surpassed my expectations! The room was lovely and nicely decorated and the beds we're very comfortable. There were plates, cutlery, glasses and cups available, which was surprising for a Motel room, which meant we could eat in. The location of the Hamilton was perfect! Close to Canberra for sightseeing and close to Queanbeyan for everything we needed for our stay. We were warmly welcomed and the staff were lovely! We will definitely stay again and recommend The Hamilton to family and friends! Thank you for a perfect stay!!”

“The kitchen had started to close early, however a large group of us didn’t know this and with a limited menu on offer the staff were able to stay open to feed us. They went above and beyond. We stayed for a few drinks and enjoyed our tasty meal.”

“I have been coming here a lot the last few weeks with family who are on holidays and the have enjoyed the pub the location and the food has been great too . The pints of Guinness have been very tasty Now The bad - Last night I took my mum for a dinner and some drinks (The food was great) The Guinness was very bad ! I told the girl behind the bar it wasn’t good gave her back half a pint . Thought it might have just been a bad pour and ordered another . I had two mouthfulls and couldn’t drink anymore . It was very flat , pint had no head just very poor overall Some lessons on pouring could really benefit them When I told the girl behind the bar about it she was rude and frankly didn’t care Noting she could do about it as she said . Very disappointing and very poor service/customer care Two pints wasted and money thrown on the floor We enjoyed coming here until this happened last night , we might stay clear in future unfortunately.”

“Crestview was a pleasant surprise. The two bedroom cabin was clean, quiet and very comfortable (air conditioning & ceiling fans most appreciated during the Australian summer). Location is very good, nice views and no traffic noise. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Am happy to recommend Crestview tourist park, Queanbeyan and will certainly be a return customer.”

The staff is super nice; the kitchen is big enough; the room is quiet and comfortable; the location is ideal (right in front of a tram stop) and if you want to walk, you’re already in the heart of Sydney with plenty of restaurants and shops. Also it’s very clean. I’ve been to MANY hostels across Australia and I’m very happy to finish my travel in such a nice place.”

We shared the triple bed room at the Motel, and Julie, Murray. and Sharon could not have been kinder or more friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay there again if we have the pleasure to revisit this lovely, friendly town.”
