“I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Platinum Apartments and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a beautiful hotel in a prime location. We had room k206 slightly far away from the reception but big plus was that area was really quiet and nearby from the center. Their Italian restaurant, Piatti, offered delicious meals that satisfied our taste buds. Also very nice approach to kids! One of the highlights of our stay was the special attention given to the children. The hotel had a plethora of features that catered to their needs and ensured they had a memorable time. The only minor drawback was that the multifunctional room lacked a bar or beverage options, but considering the overall experience, it did not overshadow the positive aspects. The service at Platinum Apartments was top-notch. The staff members were friendly and proactive, going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. I would like to specifically mention a blonde lady whose name I unfortunately forgot. She was instrumental in extending our reservation, which was initially booked through a third-party platform, for an extra night. Not only did she secure the same suite for us, but she also arranged for a late check-out to accommodate our schedule. Another staff member who deserves recognition is Sophia/Sofia. She assisted us with transportation services from Sklarzska Poruba to Prague and her professionalism and excellence were evident throughout the entire process. Overall, our stay at Platinum Apartments was nothing short of amazing. Our twins had a truly memorable experience, thanks to the thoughtful facilities and exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful location, great facilities, and outstanding service. “In its price a great combination! The rooms are in good repair. No unnecessary odors! Good, not soft mattress. There is a kettle and accessories. Nice shower room, strong water pressure. Everything is in excellent condition. There is a parking lot for adequate money, it is possible to leave the car on the street. The neighborhood is not noisy. The staff is polite and responsive. I recommend for those who travel by car and moto!”

“We came late in the evening, and haven’t booked in advance. Lady at reception kindly showed us several room options, she was very patient and helpful. Rooms were available in different budget, and we choose a double room “Chardonnay” with king size bad and sofa for our daughter. We slept well, but air conditioning was a bit freezing. Breakfast was tasty:) Thank you Grape Hotel!”
