The bed wasn't a proper bed but a cement built block type on which they had put mattress, my sleep here was really uncomfortable. But the staffs were really good and friendly, they were ready to help and even cleaned the room when I requested. But the property definitely requires a maintenance check and upgrade.”

A very nice property with great views of the mountains and great home style cooked food, not heavy on your tummy. The chef goes out of the way to cook the food as per your liking. Staff is very courteous but needs more training. I saw one server setting up a table for lunch, he dropped a spoon on the floor, just picked it up and placed it on the table for the guest's use. Did not find a manager or senior staff around. Looks like neemrana people just trained some locals and have left them to manage the property.”

For us it was not a good experience as the trek to the zostel is from a dense forest and you cant do it after sunset as it's really risky because of wild animals, so if you just want to stay in the property then it might be a good option for you but if you wanna visit some places nearby it's not recommended at all. Also there is only one option of in house cafe which is really very very expensive, for ex Butter Naan priced at ₹160. The gysers were not working properly and the lights were out most of the time.”
