“Nice place to stay with good facilities, helpful staff and spacious rooms. It was a little bit loud at night, but otherwise comfortable. We had to leave early in the morning and they provided us take away breakfast. It would have been useful with hooks in the rooms to be able to hang our clothes/jackets.”

“The rooms are great with all facities and are spacious rooms. The view from terrace is also good. The staff were very friendly but thier english was a bit difficult to understand. Food was ok but the complementary breakfast they offered only had bread+1sandwitch/cutlet for 3 days which was boring and also just 2 bread slices after which they asked for additional charges🥲 but the other food we ordered were good. Overall good hotel and worth the stay.”

“The behaviour of the staff is very rude and rigid. They really dont understand or act as they dont whatever you say. Breakfast options are very limited for veg meals. The restaurant need to upgrade the experiences in terms of cuisines and taste. The front desk needs to be more welcoming rather than being rigid n rude. Better properties available on much reasonable prices that this wooden shack! They can let u wait for minutes for an umbrella but wont give u their own no matter how hurry you are in. The location is amazing, property is amazing but the staff is rude and rigid.”

“Unsafety place.. when we went this place and it's 3 a.m. we were sleeping n one of camping employee boy open our tent house zip . N he was saying something slang and dirty language.. he drunk a lot of alcohol then he left.. this is not good behaviour”

“Good specious room and hospitality. Breakfast menu can be enhanced (if cooked food not possible, at least seasonal fruits/juices can be added). Cleanliness can be improved (water from taps was not good and washroom was also not that clean). Rest things good!”

“Visited this place for breakfast from a nearby homestay. Very neat place, food was good. We also got lunch packed for our hike to Rainbow Falls which really came in handy. Good views and cheerfully decorated porch are very welcoming. Good chatting with the hostess.”
