“I booked this hotel after watching a YouTuber who stayed here. I'd have to say that this hotel has treated me nicely. My family got into Tokyo at almost midnight. We were tired and needed a place to shower and rest. The staff was very helpful, friendly and quick. After a short time of checking in, we were in our rooms. The rooms were nice. They weren't super tight (not very roomy as well). The hotel is 2 minutes away from the Ginza subway line and about 10 minutes away from the Tokyo Station (walking). It was very convenient. There is a 7-11 right downstairs of the hotel as well. I really liked that. In general, I had a great time staying here. I'd stay in this hotel brand if I visit Japan again in the near future.”

“Rooms and beds are really big for Tokyo. There are a lot of free amenities such as toiletries, drinks (including alcohol), breakfast and choice of pillows. The clothes dryers are actually strong which is rare in Tokyo! Location is good - neighbour is convenient, close to major stations but also nice and peaceful. The male front desk worker with glasses and fluffy hair is very kind and gentle :) having a little chat when I left and came back made me smile ☺️ 幸せになって!! Only downside I can think of is the bathroom could be a little bit cleaner (details such as the cracks between the bathtub and under the sink).”

“The overall experience was great. The atmosphere, the service, the experience was good. The location was perfect, there is a 7-eleven right next to it and there is a street full of restaurants. The Oimachi station is next to it, so it's easy to take the train. You can easily take the Keihin-Tōhoku Line (from Oimachi) and the Yamanote line (from Shinagawa station). The only thing I can say is that compared to other capsule hotels I could do, in this one you have to exchange your key for a card to get out and exchange it again to come back in. The pro is that the frontdesk is opened 24 hours a day, but it's kinda annoying to get to the frontdesk each time you want to get out. But the overall experience was fantastic !”

“Capsule bed + pillow is comfy. But there is a lot of hair, dust in the crevices they definitely don’t removed the bed. (I saw one of them cleaning). Besides that the restrooms smell like absolute piss every time you walk in and I’m not sure they do anything about it. Showers are definitely old, can see mildew around the edges, so I avoided taking a shower in it as much as I could. Common room is small, but has a microwave and vending machine I guess. Would definitely recommend another capsule hotel. Kind of ruined my experience with capsule hotels. Location was a plus”

“After traveling throughout Asia for almost a month, this place felt like heaven during my return to Tokyo. Personnel is super nice and respectful, If I were asked about was worth about it, it would definitely be the staff. Being near a subway station makes everything easier, also there’s a good selection of restaurants in the neighboring areas. One word to describe this hotel is family. When they say the hotel is near the subway, they are willing to say it’s in front of it, like you can see it from your window (however there’s some panels that black out tremendously with no issues). Premises are a bit old, mostly the carpets in hallways, rooms are fine. During my stay, the breaking room wasn’t open at night which was uncomfortable because I needed to stay in the waiting room just to take from air out of my room. Everything else was nice, fresh towels are always on time and cleaning services are optional.”

“Sorry that I forgot to take some photos for the bedroom. The bedroom is clean and comfortable. I don't expect it can be so quiet. There are some convenience stores nearby. It's very easy to take a taxi or the train. Most importantly, all the staffs are nice and they speak good English. I stayed one night only as I had to fly to Toronto the next day. I arrived in 27 June 2023 and I didn't know how to use the self-check in machine but the staff taught me how to use step by step. I accidentally left my printed air ticket in the room on 28 June 2023. When I came back to take my luggages, they gave my printed air ticket with a plastic cover. I was very grateful for the cleaning lady. Also, I asked a male staff to help me call a taxi. He even stood next to me when I was waiting for the taxi. He was polite and friendly as he lowered his body when I was talking to him. Additionally, he took the initiative to help me remove my heavy luggage and communicated with the taxi driver because I could not speak Japanese. My luggage was very heavy and I felt guilty but he always smiled to me. I really appreciate and I am very thankful for what he had done to me. But regret that I didn't ask for his name. I was surprised to know that this's a 2 star hotel as the service they provided like a 5 star hotel. Lastly, I would like to say thank you to all the staffs.”
