A very nice property with great views of the mountains and great home style cooked food, not heavy on your tummy. The chef goes out of the way to cook the food as per your liking. Staff is very courteous but needs more training. I saw one server setting up a table for lunch, he dropped a spoon on the floor, just picked it up and placed it on the table for the guest's use. Did not find a manager or senior staff around. Looks like neemrana people just trained some locals and have left them to manage the property.”

“I would say it's an average zostel , having said that if you are a avid nature lover and really love offbeat (completely) off the maps location, then go for it otherwise this is not at all recommended for friends who want to chill and have a good time. For us it was not a good experience as the trek to the zostel is from a dense forest and you cant do it after sunset as it's really risky because of wild animals, so if you just want to stay in the property then it might be a good option for you but if you wanna visit some places nearby it's not recommended at all. Also there is only one option of in house cafe which is really very very expensive, for ex Butter Naan priced at ₹160. The gysers were not working properly and the lights were out most of the time.”

“Good Hotel with the best service you will find. Staff be it house keeping or dinning room will provide you excellent service. Rooms were quite decent with oil heaters, however in rooms on a couple of floors had a very bad drainage smell. Staff tried their best to resolve the issue but they were not successful and the smell persisted throughout our stay. Also, the towels and bedding could have been better as they were too old and worn. The location is also good provided you are able to climb around 60-70 steps to reach malroad and also it is very challenging to reach the hotel when you check in. However, their team helps with arranging the vehicles. Food is very good, quality could be improved as well as dinning room hygiene.”

“We recently went to spend 3 nights at Seclude's cliffedge property. We stayed at the Grishm room and it was really awesome. There is nothing to fault in the service and the room itself was huge and perfect in every respect. The scenic view from the room is beyond beautiful and the projector inside is so well thought off. If I really have to nitpick, it would be the fact that the kitchen was next to our balcony so the staff was hanging around there. Wasnt so bad for us, it meant they were a call away but for some people it may be bothersome for privacy.”
