“I have been coming here a lot the last few weeks with family who are on holidays and the have enjoyed the pub the location and the food has been great too . The pints of Guinness have been very tasty Now The bad - Last night I took my mum for a dinner and some drinks (The food was great) The Guinness was very bad ! I told the girl behind the bar it wasn’t good gave her back half a pint . Thought it might have just been a bad pour and ordered another . I had two mouthfulls and couldn’t drink anymore . It was very flat , pint had no head just very poor overall Some lessons on pouring could really benefit them When I told the girl behind the bar about it she was rude and frankly didn’t care Noting she could do about it as she said . Very disappointing and very poor service/customer care Two pints wasted and money thrown on the floor We enjoyed coming here until this happened last night , we might stay clear in future unfortunately.”

“Wonderful hostel! I read some of the comment and couldn’t disagree more. The staff is super nice; the kitchen is big enough; the room is quiet and comfortable; the location is ideal (right in front of a tram stop) and if you want to walk, you’re already in the heart of Sydney with plenty of restaurants and shops. Also it’s very clean. I’ve been to MANY hostels across Australia and I’m very happy to finish my travel in such a nice place.”
