“It’s a new property and well-maintained. Rooms and toilets are clean, bedding is clean. Locations is pretty convenient too. Was even able to park my car just outside. While I wasn’t able to use the common areas much, but they had all amenities that you could think of. Staff was helpful too..”

“Very nice people and clean rooms. The staff was friendly and would ask us daily if we needed anything. They won't clean your room unless you put tje door sign put bit that wasn't an issue for us. Laundry took a couple more days then we were hoping but he was very transparent about the timeline when we left the laundry to cleaning. AC and amenities work well”

The villa has a private opening to the serene backwaters. If you’re looking for adventure activities and loud gatherings, this isn’t the place for you. A boat ride and visit to a nearby prawn farm is the most that can be done in true village style. Mr Jos is the kindest person, very uninterfearing yet always there to support. Mrs Jos food is delicious with an authentic exposure to Kerala cuisine. We over ate for sure. :) Best place for a weekend getaway from Bangalore”

“Rooms were unexpectedly small. Bedsheets were not white. They looked dull and old. Plug points did not work. Bathroom window did not have a mesh so they were mosquitoes and insects coming in. You will not find a kettle and all that stuff you find in the good hotels. Having said that, the view was stunning! The boys's service was very good! Breakfast and coffee was good! If you feel you will only spend the nights in the room and why pay more to stay out the whole day and pay to a fancy beach house, then this is a good choice. The staff are super active and helpful. No doubt about it and I truly appreciate their hard work.”
