“Location is good. Hotel is pretty, garden area is quite nice specially for winters. All staff including restaurant staff seem to be new, not so experienced and so customer service was not upto the mark. Front staff asked us to wait for an hour so they can arrange a better room for us, but ended up giving us the same room and thus, wasting our time.”
