“Very much enjoyed my stay here over the New Year's holiday. Beautiful small hotel with personal service, a real luxury experience. Room was comfortable, quiet, and so nicely decorated. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful at all times. Great location, in a nice quiet neighborhood but within easy walking distance of many of the main tourist sites and near several different tube stations-- very convenient for anything you want to do in London. Complimentary coffee/tea in the morning and hot chocolate in the afternoon was a nice extra touch. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to London.”

“Incredible staff, location, and loved our room. I cannot praise this hotel enough. They made our 3 day stay in London amazing and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort in so many ways - providing extra comforters, checking us in an hour early, and helping me use the coffee machine in the room. Just a marvelous place in a great walking accessible location to everything. I will recommend them to anyone staying in London!”

“Staff absolutely brilliant 🤩 friendly and very helpful. Stayed for 1 night should have been 2 but had to leave early for personal reasons. My only problem was the shower was not very warm . We went to the Abba voyage night and before and after party at snoozebox was fantastic. Brilliant atmosphere! Would definitely stay again thanks so much 😊”

“The service staff was wonderful, very personable and accommodating. The room however, was awful!!! We had bugs in our room every night and woke up covered in bug bites. The room was incredibly small and did not even allow the primary door to open all the way. On top of all of that the toilet took 5-10 minutes to refill and was super loud during the process. I was very disappointed in the state of the room it was unclean with peaking wallpaper and grime coating most surfaces.”
