“WOW! The staff at Nabour Emergency are amazing!! My husband was recently admitted with second degree burns to several areas on his body. Emma-Leigh and Toni were so kind and caring to him as they cleaned and dressed his wounds. On subsequent visits for dressing changes, all the staff have been out-standing. We can't thank you enough for your care and compassion. You are all truly special people who are so appreciated by us.”

The Avenue Hospital

40 The Avenue, Windsor VIC 3181, Australia

“My wife recently underwent surgery at The Avenue hospital, and we cannot help but feel compelled to share our unfortunate experience. While I understand that hospitals can be busy and unpredictable places, the wait we endured was nothing short of a nightmare. Our scheduled surgery was supposed to take place at 12:00 PM, and we arrived at the hospital early, filled with a mix of anticipation and anxiety. However, as the clock ticked away, our sense of optimism began to wane as we found ourselves waiting for over four excruciating hours before being wheeled into the operating room. Being a private patient paying top dollar with one of the best private insurance provider we expected better from The Avenue Hospital. During this interminable wait, my wife's anxiety soared, and the stress was exacerbated by the sterile and impersonal waiting area. The seats were uncomfortable, and there was a noticeable lack of information provided to patients about the status of their procedures. It felt as if I was a number on a list rather than a human being in need of care and reassurance. In the aftermath of this experience, her recovery process is more challenging than it needed to be. The stress and anxiety she felt during the prolonged wait undoubtedly had an impact on her overall well-being and post-operative healing. It's disheartening to think that the very place we had entrusted with my wife's health could have such a negative impact on her recovery. I have to admit the nurses were great and probably the saving grace for the hospital. Wish I had gone through the hospital reviews before we decided to go ahead with the surgery. The lack of communication and transparency from the hospital during this time was inexcusable. No one should have to endure such a stressful and disheartening wait when they are already in a vulnerable state.”

Grattan St & Flemington Rd, Parkville VIC 3052, Australia

“Hi I am writing this 20 months after I had the baby. I was hesitant at first but I need to write this so others can know. I had a good experience with my doctor and nurses but the hospital stay was terrible. We were not given the option of hotel stay.when asked they said it's not available. We were really looking forward to it and were really disappointed. The room was very small , my husband had to sleep on the tiny bed. I also found spider in the room on my bed and in the bathroom which is such dangerous thing when you have a newborn. Also they sent me a bill for a doctor who was just accompanying my doctor. I dint even know who was that.If anyone planning to have a baby in this hospital I highly recommend not to.”
