“Because my mother had a stroke, Dr. recommended physical therapy. As a result of our search, we started our physical therapy at A Life Hospital in Pursaklar. All the staff, especially Ms. Dilek and her team, were very interested. We liked their friendliness and approach. When the treatment went well, we extended our physical therapy again. “Very bad service we agreed on something before the surgery and from the beginning they were lying for example about how long the surgery will be they said for around 4 hours it turned out to be 10 hours they didn’t stay for an extra hour no 6 hours !!!!!!!!!!!! When my family asked the people that work in the hospital everyone was so calm and they only reply that I’m not in danger and it’s normal, what’s normal 10 hours in surgery???????? And before I leave the hospital I discovered that the doctor made a completely different surgery than what we agreed on in the first place. I asked for extra blankets they made me wait for around an hour and no one got me anything. My daughter had to go to them every 10 min to check on what happened but they kept saying ok without seeing it. At the end when my daughter got mad and asked them for the 10th time one of the nurses gave her a blanket from another room. I don’t recommend this hospital and hopefully learned from my lesson. And I’ll never go back to this hospital”

“The worst hospital in Antalya! Even if you have private insurance, they try to make you pay! I went there 3 times and the fee is higher than others! I asked for a doctor appointment to write me a check up, the Vezne didn’t let me to have it because she said you want to use your sigorta so we don’t let you ask our doctor for blood test! The strangest thing I have ever heard! Even if I die, I won’t go there! Always choose Rich hospital. They have treated the same with my other colleagues.”
