“This is the second time I have taken my wife to the urgent care at the Andorra shopping center. On both occasions the facility was very clean, the staff polite, friendly and efficient. Both physicians we saw were excellent. They took detailed histories, performed thorough physical examinations and were considered in their judgments. Both doctors consulted current medical literature and, on the first occasion, with her treating specialist, before recommending treatment. They took time to explain the medical issues. On top of that, they were caring. Kudos.”

“I came in for a sports related surgery and I have secondary insurance from the school. I get CONSTANT bills in the mail and when I call I give them the secondary insurance and they say to disregard the bills and it won’t happen again. I have received 7 bills in the mail and every time I call they tell me that my insurance is not on file. This is truly an awful place for billing and they send them constantly with intent that you pay them right away even if they are wrong and don’t have everything on file. I really would NOT recommend this place to anyone and would recommend to go elsewhere.”
