“Our cat ended up with a urinary blockage. I called first thing in the morning and the intake staff worked with me to get records from our previous vet and get our kitty in as soon as possible. All staff at this practice care about the well being and health of all the animals there. Even the intake staff were attentive to recognize our emergency and exercised diligence to get our cat taken care of. As a previous vet tech, I am confident to trust my animals’ lives in their hands! We will be lifelong patrons.”

“My experience was positive on all fronts. As I was a walk in, I was somewhat apprehensive. I was processed by the administrative staff in a timely and professional manner. The xray technician explained the test and how the test results would be transmitted to my treating physician affiliated with a Chicago health system. The total time spent by me to get the exam completed was quite reasonable.”

“We had a great team of people take care of our son for tubes and adenoids. Dr Gegg was so kind and personable, our pre op nurse, Brittany, was great also! The anesthesia team was kind and so catering towards our boy and they even dressed up his Aubie stuffed animal like a doctor. The facility was clean, and people spent time with us without feeling rushed. We could not say better things about this facility and had such a great experience!!”

“Amazing hospital for children. A wonderful Shriner led us through the hospital on a very informative tour. This is a child friendly environment beautifully decorated with murals of fish and sea life. We were able to see into the lab/workshops where the children's wheel chairs and prosthetics were custom made. Displayed on a wall was an absolutely incredible 24,000 piece puzzle made by a quadriplegic.”

“It is a beautiful building. All the latest technologies. Upon entering, we were extremely impressed. Super friendly, great service, quickly through check-in and triage. We got into the room, and the doctor was there almost immediately. All of this within around 30 minutes. From there, it was all downhill. The staff stayed extremely friendly... WHEN we saw them. We are actually still sitting here after 6+ hours waiting. Bloodwork and urine were done basically upon arrival. Radiology was about 2 hours after arriving. The doctor is supposed to be coming in with info. Hopefully, we will be discharged soon..... with some added urgency and less waiting, it would have been a much higher rating.”

“This hospital has some of the friendliest and caring staff that you will meet. They have a really nice Birthing Center and NICU also. I’ve noticed many efforts towards improvements on updating the building itself in recent years and currently. The grounds have many mature trees and beautiful landscaping. Security patrols all areas and will assist visitors in need from the parking lots.”

“This ER was great.Staff courtesy, friendliest & caring. I had no wait. The attending Doctor Swisher was thorough, kind & compassion. The two nurses were great, Chris & Erica. They have treated me very well, I have never gone to an ER, that I was treating such compassion & caring. This is a 5 star facility.”

“My daughter had surgery day before Thanksgiving. The nurses in the ICU are great specially Maddy and her night nurse . She is caring, attentive and compassionate. She makes sure that my daughter feels comfortable, her pain is controlled and goes above and beyond to make sure my daughter and our needs are met. They have such amazing ICU staff, the rooms are clean and her surgeon Dr. Bier and Ashely and the rest of her staff provided excellent care. It’s no fun to spend Thanksgiving in the hospital but we feel blessed that my daughter got excellent care and she is doing so much better after her surgery.”

“I love my job here. I think on shift is great. I have earned extra money through it. Another plus is the Rain App. For a small fee, you can access part of your check early. That is really a nice thing to have! Payroll, time off requests, paycheck stubs are all available through ADP which is a great perk. I see residents who are very happy here. I love that they have so many activities for them. It’s a class A facility and I would feel very comfortable having a loved one live here!”
