“ER: No organisation, have to wait for 3 hours getting viruses from other people, need a special waiting room for those who don’t have virus but have other problems! Nurses don’t come outside just call the names inside and those who are outside have to wait for 3 hours! The useless check in lady does nothing but chatting with the reception, instead of going around giving blankets, offering water or hot drinks for those who has to wait for 3-4 hours outside cause people inside are coughing and vomiting! That’s insane!!! You can get well or die until they come to you!”

“This hospital is horrible its gone down hill these passed 10 years for sure. If you have little ones go somewhere else. PLEASE!!!! We brought my son in here for blockage isssue because he don't eat normal foods (texture issues and getting tested for autism). He was severely dehydrated and throwing up stomach bile to be left in the waiting room for 5 hr which it wasn't busy at all. Then to be placed in a filthy rm. The nurses were extremely unprofessional they did my son IV and lost the needle part in the bed and was like ummm I'm not sure if I put it in the sharps container to later find it. The doctors and nurses don't communicate well at all. They were not supposed to be giving my son solids because of a possible procedure however the ditsy nurse gave him solids. The staff is all over the place on what's next to help my son. I feel like we've wasted 2 days here just to have to drive 2 hrs back home and potentially another hospital because my sons still not well.”

“I called to see if they could see my pup at the last minute and they got me in right away! The staff was SUPER nice and Dr was super nice and went into detail into everything that was wrong with my pup. Not only did he recommend the proper test he made sure to let me know that even though we didnt know exactly where the bacterial infection was, that it wouldn't matter because the antibiotics would treat it regardless of where it was. Didn't try to do something my pup didnt need and at a GREAT cost! The office was amazing and was super clean and organized. I had never been here before but I have found my new vet moving forward! Thank you Dr, you were GREAT!”

“This hospital is amazing! I have never had a hospital or staff be so caring and flexible. We have a huge family and they allowed us to join our family member in slightly bigger numbers then two. They decorated her room for Christmas and made sure she comfortable. They made us a framed photo of her heart beat and key chains with her fingerprints. We will cherish these mementos for the rest of our lives. I want to thank Hana or nurse for being so caring and thoughtful. Thank you UCLA for everything you did.”

“Had a blood shot eye, broken blood vessel thought it was serious! Customer service was prompt and helped me right away. I waited a couple hours, could been more. Full room...They checked vitals fast! Overall not serious. Doctor was efficient and clearly explained my eye problem. And staff was nice and pleasant 😁 Although it takes long. I still appreciate the staff and doctors, nurse, etc. Everytime I go here, the staff and medical staff, nurse, doctor are super nice and thoughtful.”

“The staff here is well trained and nice. When it comes to patient care they are number one. The place is clean and definitely takes good care of me. CNA Nettie shampoos my hair and sprays me with body spray. When it comes to food you can always have healthier food. They give you options if you want something different . The staff from the office are nice. Patient advocate comes in the room and checks on me daily to make sure I am okay. The social worker and case manager are nice and makes sure my appointments are scheduled. Doctors comes daily. PT and OT are great. This facility is clean and tidy. There's always someone who comes and cleans the room. Staff are always here to make sure i am happy. I would highly recommend anybody to come here and bring their family member in need of this kind of care. this is a good place for them . All staff are friendly.”

“Hey there! I’m Fernando, and I’ve just got to share the incredible experience I had at Los Angeles General Medical Center. Honestly, it was the best hospital experience I’ve ever had, hands down! The medical staff, especially the trauma emergency crew and the team in the department where I stayed overnight, were nothing short of amazing. Every single nurse showed such care and attention, making me feel so supported and looked after. The medical team working on my treatment plan were super thorough, making sure everything was just right for my overall well-being. And guess what? They even gave me a teddy bear to hug when I needed to cough or sneeze, helping me manage the pain from my fractured rib. It was such a thoughtful gesture that really showed how much they care. Big shoutout to everyone at Los Angeles General Medical Center for making my stay as comfortable and caring as it was. You guys are the best!”
