“My dogs mastitis ruptured and in 5 days I was going all over Houston looking for somewhere affordable and that took very great care of their patients as if they were their own pets. …and well I found the perfect place !! This was my first time here and they were just what I was looking for. The ladies in the front were very welcoming and helpful, the vet tech was nice and good to my dog and the doctor was nice, explained everything to me & answered all the questions I had. This place helped my dog feel so much better and she is already getting back to her normal happy self after a few hrs after picking her up from surgery. Thank you so much Richey animal clinic for taking such great care of my dog !!!❤️❤️”

“I just wanted to share my experience at this hospital. We were there on Thursday due to my child’s surgery and I’m beyond thankful for all their genuine care and support they showed us. I was very scared once my daughter was admitted into the surgery room and a nurse came to talk to me as she saw me crying. I love how she treated me and made me feel better by letting me know that everything was going to be fine with my baby girl’s procedure. Once in the recovery room everyone was so helpful and empathetic, you could tell they cared for you. I never felt this way in another hospital, so kudos to all the staff working here and thank you so much for all your assistance and for caring for us ❤️ you are doing a great job 👏🏻”

“A clean facility, friendly staff and convenient location. However, that does not equate to quality care. If you are considering using this facility make sure your love one is healthy and physical therapy is all they need. *I can not address the physical therapy because our love one was there for 5 days and was not able to participate in that. *If we had not removed her from there, in my opinion, she surely would have died from being ill and nursing staff not competent to assess or overly concerned to address those health problems. Upon removing here from this facility further surgery was required. *'Kitchen closed' was the reply when something was needed in the evening. If you are considering this facility, your love one needs be to otherwise healthy, strong, vocal and well, and need only physical therapy.”

“The nurses and doctors in the Surgical ICU are the best, they all are very attentive to the needs and the care o0f their patients. My daughter had surgery 12/07/23 and they were absolutely great and then her birthday was on the 12/08/23. They made her feel so much love they sung Happ Birthday to he and made her feel right at home I can't say enough about this group of nurses and doctors except they are the best hands down. Thank you for the care, and love you showed my daughter and my family during our stay. We love all of you and truly appreciate evrything you did for her.”

“Whenever I think of my mom, who at 82 years fell down and hurt herself, I think of the two people who helped her the most at the rehabilitation center (Life Care Center of Haltom) at 2936 MARKUM DRIVE, Fort Worth, Texas. There names are Andy Ucheabba and William Barnard. They are both Certified Nurse Assistants (CNS). They must be very very strong. They transferred my mom so many times from her bed to her wheelchair and from her wheelchair to her bed. I was often there from about 2pm until 6pm. My brother was there when I wasn’t and I heard really good things about the nurses… I can’t imagine if William and Andy weren’t there. They made my mom very comfortable and always asked her if she was comfortable. I just want to say, “THANK YOU BOTH FOR BEING SUCH GREAT NURSING ASSISTANTS FOR MY MOM!!! YOU TREATED HER VERY VERY WELL”. And I want to thank Crystal McDonald who is the Admissions Director. She was extremely helpful in taking a tour and answering various questions!!! “It was the perfect space and within walking distance to MDA and Texas Childrens. particularly the TMC, this is the place you should stay. The apartment itself is clean, bright, modern, and spacious. The building is pristine and everyone is super helpful. It is an extremely convenient location and just A+ all around and free garage parking and shuttle.”
