“A new private hospital in the area. The building is very new and clean. There is also both outdoor and indoor parking lots. I came here for a basic health check-up which cost me 950 baht. The whole process took only about 90 minutes. (Not that busy at the time) Staffs were friendly and their service is exceptional.”

“31 Dec 2023 Drive and chill. Traffic conditions are smooth, 7.36 AM. Turn left, get a parking ticket, enter the parking lot, get the first lane, close to the wall, excellent. The glass door can now be opened. Let's walk along and find some blood donor fans already inside (they really came quickly). We start by walking straight in along our right-hand side. Come fill out the form. Measure pressure from an automatic device. Meet the staff to give advice. Meet and talk with donors friendly Ending from here, you will find people standing in two lines, waiting to receive paper queue cards. (Paper queue cards begin to be handed out with officials announcing on a mic.) Rows near the glass wall are those who have made online reservations and donated plasma. (Yellow queue card) Next to you are walk-in general donors (pink queue card). After receiving the queue card, we dispersed, some going to find something to eat at the cafeteria next to this building. Close to 8.30 AM. Come back and stand waiting for the officials. Announcement on the mic, calling the queue to submit documents at point 1, starting with yellow cards first, gradually switching to pink cards, by calling groups of 10 people per group, prepare your mind, prepare your ID cards. Donor card ready. We received the pink card queue number 26, mission completed. Walked to the parking lot around 9.14 AM.”

488 Srinakarin Rd, Suan Luang, Bangkok 10250, Thailand

“Yesterday I went to see the doctor at the ARI clinic and waited in line for a very long time. Waiting for medicine was more than 4 hours. Today I came to pick up medicine and called the nurse at ARI. From 13.30 they said to prepare medicine for us. Arrived at 14.00 where the counter told us to sit and wait. We waited until 14.30 and there was no sign of getting medicine. Another nurse came and asked what her name was and what she was doing. In short, you didn't take any action for us even though the doctor had prescribed medicine for you since yesterday. When we said that she called to apologize and said No one accepted the matter. We feel very bad. We are not well.”

Closed until 00:01 AM

9/1 Convent Rd, Silom, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand

“I went in the morning for an ear infection and blockage. It was my first time going to a Thailand hospital and it was a surprisingly pleasant experience! Wonderful and clean facilities - no crowds at all! Barely any waiting from registration, nurse taking vitals, the physician treatment, payment and then pharmacy - all done in about 30min! Can’t expect that in the US! All for only 2252 baht (~USD66) WITHOUT insurance. All staff I dealt with spoke good English and were pleasant, professional and efficient. I loved that they had a monitor to see what the doctor was looking at in my ear! She explained well and removed my blockage quickly and painlessly. I am so happy I picked this hospital.”

Series Medical Muzam

“You can see photos of deformed children, bodies of people who died from various causes (traffic accidents, brain contusions, etc.), and the weapons used. I think this is a very educational place for modern people who usually casually consume injury and death as content in manga and games. However, it is also true that it presents a very raw reality, so viewing it before or after a meal is not recommended at all. For those who don't like grotesque things, it might be an excruciating time, but I think it's worth a visit.”

9 Rachada-Ramintra Rd, Nuanchan, Bueng Kum, Bangkok 10230, Thailand

“I am pleased to say that the hospital provided excellent service for me and my family. The staff was incredibly helpful and caring throughout our stay, and we were impressed by the level of professionalism they exhibited. Overall, our experience was very positive, and we would highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical care. Thank you for all that you do! I recommend more nurses that speak English. I also recommend that nurses use technology to translate to someone if they only speak the local language for example, if I only speak Thai, the nurses should be allowed to pull out their phones during work and translate from Thai to English, so that all parties that visit the hospital Exactly what is going on and they are informed. I also recommend that if you say you are international hospital, it should be expected of you to provide information not only in the local language, but in English. I believe that if you are international hospital, the requirement should be that you can speak some form of English”
