“We couldn’t be more grateful for Dr. Coyle and all the staff at Pleasant Ridge Cat clinic! We’ve never experienced such care, compassion and kindness with a vet before. Our Oscar is our pride and joy and to witness the love that Dr. Coyle has for animals is really amazing. She got down on the floor with Oscar to do his examination, and he even purred through the whole thing. She even took the time to follow up afterwards regarding his weight loss and nutrition plan. He didn’t even know he got all of his shots because he was having a great time eating treats! We are forever thankful!”

“Hands down the best care my daughter has ever received and they’ve been so helpful to me with getting resources I need to better our lives. If I could I would give this hospital a million stars. Also gave very detailed description of what they were doing with my daughter and gave very detailed answers to my questions. If one doctor or nurse couldn’t answer the question they got someone that could answer the question. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team to take care of my daughter when she needed it.”

“Was there a few months ago with my husband and I must say the waiting room was empty but they said they couldn’t get him In a room to be seen because they had no beds available not to mention it took them over a hour to get him registered so we left and went to Kettering Emergency in Huber and they was prompt and friendly and caring. I have to go where the care is important and they handle emergency situations swiftly. They get 5 ⭐️”

“This place is awful! Went there today for my daughter. The doctor was too much about herself and her kids that she didn’t treat my own child. She was telling me how my daughters family doctor wasn’t practicing correctly and compared my daughter to her kids. She did absolutely nothing and said if it still persists a week longer to come back. But pretty sure 4 weeks is long enough. We seriously went down the road 20 minutes and she tested positive for rsv. If they think I’m paying for that bill there they can stick it”
