“We had a great experience with MGM hospital. Right from admission till discharge, everything was smooth. All the staff on 5th floor provided excellent service with touch of care. “The doctor and cleaning staff is very good. However, nobody follows time. Extremely poor time management and no proper communication with the patients. Our operation was scheduled for 1 pm, they asked to be at the hospital at 8 am. Operation got delayed to 4 pm, this was not communicated. In the OT assistant doctors realised that one report was missing. The patient had an empty stomach for 10 hours. This was a 1 hour operation and they charged for 2 days rent, doctor visit charges - everything was multiplied. Discharge delayed by 4 hours.”

Without any consultant they told please come next week... You don't have appointment.... Even they don't consider how far from you have came here....please take care of your management....if you use advance technique for the Appointments and all the paper work... It will helps you... And also patients don't get suffer from hectic process”
