“CIMAR Women’s hospital is one of the best Maternity hospital in India with lot of good doctors, nursing staffs, other staffs and top level facilities.Rooms facilities and services are very good.All staffs in all departments are very good, professional and well behaved. Our both babies are from CIMAR.We had a very good hospital facilities both the time. We would like to mention some points in which we were not satisfied. First One is Canteen Facility. The Canteen facility is not as per the CIMAR standard.Food quality is very poor.Staffs are OK,but the food quality,standard and services need to be improved. Second point is about the Parking area. Half of the parking area near MOM block is for doctors,and in the other half customers can park hardly about 10 cars.When there is a huge rush,parking facility is provided on nearby empty lands.Those lands are not properly maintained.It is the hospital management’s responsibility to provide good parking facility for their valuable customers. And finally a very important point regarding photo shoot arranged by CIMAR Hospital. We had a very worst experience about photo shoot.We were informed that the photo shoot will be carried out in a separate room in MOM block.But we were shocked by seeing that room.There was no AC, no fan and the room was like a godown with lot of unwanted items.The room was not clean.The room was dusty and suffocated.And the photographer is not trained to handle the new born babies.He was not even wearing a mask while handling the baby.The bed and blanket used for taking photo was not clean.We were surprised how the doctors allow this practice as they handle the new born babies very very carefully and in a very hygienic way. The new born baby photo shoot is a third party business and is done with the consent of Baby’s parents.However hospital management and staff should have the control over them. If something happened to the baby by the mishandling of photographer…who will be responsible…??? Thank you.”

“I would like to appreciate the nurses in the hospital for their dedicated service. My child had been admitted due to chest infection and high fever. We got E ward as per the current insurance policy. I was not much impressed with the overall condition of the room. The cleaning staffs are cleaning the room everyday but I couldn't see any honest cleaning from their side. The edges of the room and the windows had dust, and the condition of the electrical equipments(especially fan) was also not in good condition. Except for that, the hospital is okay in overall service.”

“Very good, efficient madam Dr. Sanam. Staff too friendly and helpful.waiting area need to be improved with more seats and air, arrangements to lessen the heat, we feel inside the waiting room(though 1 AC is fitted,it's effect is not getting in the hall). Better change the position of AC to fix it near the seats. Overall a good hospital with better reasonable rates. :)”

“It was good experience with sanjo.Receptionist and all the nurses,doctors and pharmacist were spoken well and maintained good rapport with the patient care.Nurses in the casualty are humble honest and trustworthy. Waiting area and lift are available.Parking facilities are available for both scooter and car.Emergency facilities are good.”
