“I highly recommend this beautiful hotel. It is in such a beautiful spot with gorgeous views all around. It is also very close to the the centre of town, bars and markets are just moments away. There are a number of terraces to enjoy the surrounding hills. The breakfast is delicious. The rooms were lovely and spacious and the shower was great. Most of all the host was incredible. He was so kind and helpful. I was having an issue with my phone and he spent over an hour helping me resolve it. So patient and kind. What a beautiful spot! Thanks for the great stay.”

The hostel has lovely homey vibes with tons of colourful art all around, and a good amount of tables and common areas. Beds were pretty comfy and bathroom in good condition. Location is also good, pretty close to the main plaza! The bread and spreads at breakfast are delicious, but breakdast could use some sort of addition (fruit, eggs, yogurt) to feel more "complete". Would absolutely recommend and happily stay again.”

“Located in a safe neighborhood. We stayed in a private room + private bathroom. Its modern and clean. Bed was comfortable and 160 x 200cm. There is also a closet where you can put a padlock on it, so you can keep your backpack safe. Sound insulation of the windows is really good, can't barely hear the traffic on the street. But the sound insulation of the door/walls could be better, there is a gap from about 1-1,5cm under the door. Our room was air conditioned which has a sign on it saying it's automatically regulated. If it's too hot or too cold, you can ask for the remote controle at the front desk. Nice hot showers with a great jet (but I had to wait about 3 minutes before it gets hot). Shampoo, soap and conditioner are provided. Our room was made up every day (we stayed 3 nights) and towels were changed once, which was perfect. On the 5th floor there is a common kitchen and as far I saw, everyone cleaned it up after they used it. Near metro and bus station, shops, Western Union, restaurants etc. Totally recommended!”

“The place looked super chill and relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Except I was not to know that there was an underground nightclub next door. I was absolutely exhausted after days of non stop hiking and biking. I chose this place because hostal otto sky and summer was closed when I arrived. This was the next closest place I came across that looked like a great place to spend a night to relax and recuperate out of the centre by the lake. It couldn’t have been a worse choice. Thankfully, and I say that ironically, the music stopped at 3:30AM. Without this fact I would probably give the place 4 stars even 5. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were pleasant and spacious. The place itself does have a lovely chill vibe. But beware if you stay on a weekend. I stayed on a Friday night. This was also out of season. So I can imagine staying in season there would certainly be a club night at least every weekend. I feel the least I could have been warned about the club night when I arrived and likely looked completely exhausted and needing to sleep well. Just don’t stay at the weekend and hopefully you’ll have a lovely experience. Sorry to say I had to leave such a low review as a result. My entire night of relaxation and my stay was utterly ruined.”

“The ruined cathedral is a beautiful historical building, the place has quite an atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit, I would revisit without a doubt. There is opportunity to climb the spire/tower, unfortunately when we visited it was closed. So another reason to make a return visit. More information boards would be nice is my only criticism.”
