“We came here for lunch (didn’t stay at hotel). Menu has lots of Thai and western options, and although it doesn’t have many vegetarian dishes, they were flexible in adjusting. Only one other table of guests - was quite empty - but food took some time to come out and one of our dishes could’ve been served hotter. Food was good! Overall a fine lunch experience and good intro to Thai food, but hoping it gets better from here!”

“My friend and I came here together for three nights and loved our experience. I had intentionally chosen this place because I wanted to stay somewhere peaceful after our long flights, and the atmosphere was definitely that. Such a great location too! The bus station was just over five minutes walk away, and we had lots of great eating places within a short distance. Breakfast was yummy, the laundry services are great, and we met some lovely solo travellers. We were definitely happy with our stay here 😎”

“We had the best stay in Thailand! Staff were all very accommodating and spoke very good English. The food and drinks were great, so much to choose from with veggie and vegan options too! We didn’t know you could hire towels for free which was super handy! A big bonus that breakfast is on from 7am-6pm!! Meaning we didn’t have to eat our breakfast in the morning - we always saved it for lunch! The pub crawl was a lot of fun and we met so many people who we hung out with for the rest of our stay. We will definitely return if we come back to Koh Samui 🏝️🥰”

“From Mai and Bee (and rest of staff) to the great traffic/parking lot guys who ran out to street to stop the 1-way street traffic in front of hotel...they were all smiling and with great attitude. Rooms are basic but has everything you need. No complaints for the price we paid. At night, however, be aware of traffic coming down street, so walk on the park side, where a actual sidewalk is there. No worries, cars won't run into you, but for safety just walk on park-side sidewalk. There was pool and gym, but we didn't use, since we explord the city. Walkable distance (maybe 5-10 min) from Victory Mont MRT station, you can see local shops from mom+pop storefront restaurants and out-on-sidewalk vendors. Love the super reasonable food. This is a very local feel small small in a non-touristy neighborhood, which was a main goal for my Thailand/BKK travel. I don't want the Sukhumvit area...with malls and crowds. Bee helped setup for airport transport, since we left so early when airport MRT was not opened yet. THANK YOU Bee!”

“I think I found my new place for quick stays in Bangkok. Super friendly. They have a room to store luggage, or if you want to drop off your bags before check-in (2pm). They have a do it yourself breakfast style to cook your own eggs and toast. They also had watermelon, and there was a bowl of fried rice (but I'm not sure if they supplied it, or I stole someone elses food 🤔🤣. The lobby is very comfortable to relax/recharge alone or hangout. I stayed in a 4 person dorm and it was clean (just like all of the building). A very comfortable experience!”

“Came here right after visiting Vietnam, so I can't help but to compare the hospitality. This is my very first time coming to Thailand so Idk if it's just a Thailand thingy or what, I felt like the receptionists in Vietnam are way more friendlier than those I met in Thailand. Let's put that aside, the rooms are clean, neat and cozy, there's also a wide space with many tables for us to study or work during our stay. The location is very strategic, only two minutes away from Ratchatewi BTS Station, and about 1KM from Pratunam night market.”

“Upon arrival the staff helped take our belongings from the car to the room. The outwards appearance of the hotel looks good. The room was less than adequate. Plenty of mosquitos, very dusky, bed linens worn and not very comfortable. Bathroom was dirty. The grouting was black, the shower glass was opaque, the tiles had left over soap residue, the shower head had scaling. Wall in the room where paper thin i could hear easily what was being said in the room next door. Had to cancel our room early as it just felt unclean and not very private. The staff are helpful.”

Only confused in the first time when about to check in, they don't have signboard at front door (the hotel is inside a plaza building, on the 2nd floor), so little get lost but a owner shop show me to the elevator. “[Update] The hostel management responded to my issues in less than an hour. They put shampoo and body wash in the shower, replaced the hair dryer. On the way out, they told me the housekeeper had been suspended for 15 days and apologized for the inconvenience. That's great service and we do appreciate the prompt response! --------------------------------- Stayed here 4 nights in a private room. We kept wondering why this hostel got really high rating. Pros: - Great location, near by a lot of things so very convenient - Clean (for the most part) - The room is spacious - Give you a bottle of water each day Cons: - The bed is hard like a rock. It's very uncomfortable and hurt sleeping on it. - When I used the bathroom, 95% of the time I'd walk into a toilet that had poop or pee. I don't understand why. - The hairdryer doesn't work and half of it is deformed, the front is melted. I don't think it's safe to use it. - The sink is partially clogged => dirty - No shampoo or body wash in the shower - Their free breakfast is just sandwich bread and jam.”
