“Not recommended. Towels and bed sheets were plenty of stains. There was just cold water in the shower - not option of switching to hot water. The guy at the reception wasn't kind, not making us feel welcome at all. There was no water avaiblable in the breakfast which is a minimum service in any accomodation you pay for, specially in a city with no drinking water. Just good location near the coast.”

“The service is nice and helpful, despite the fact that they do not speak English at all (which may cause communication misunderstandings). Breakfast tasty. Overall good standard, it's clean, a big plus for the available parking space! A small minus for the cleaning ladies asked for cleaning- they gave us new towels but didn't change the sheets. The neighborhood is unkempt and shabby, literally everything closes at noon, and only a lot of homeless people around.”

“I went to São Paulo this week with my family for a trip. We had a bad experience at this hotel. Very poorly located. The rooms all have leaks in the shower stalls and showers. When it was time to take a shower, the bathroom was completely flooded. The reception staff are super rude and rude. They keep regulating the cleaning service and did not provide enough bath towels for the guests staying in each apartment. Mine were 3 guests and they only left a single face towel. You have to laugh at such nonsense, don't you? The guy at the cafe didn't want to let my daughter enter the space to have breakfast, claiming that her name wasn't on the guest list. He warned her that she had to pay for the coffee. Old, dirty elevators without maintenance signs. I asked for a bath towel and a face towel in the room and the attendant said she was alone at reception and couldn't take it to my room, at 6pm, when we arrived at the hotel tired. We went down 3 floors and went to get towels and the rude woman handed over a dirty, worn towel like a floor cloth and said she didn't have one for her face. Horrible accommodation. Unprepared, poorly trained staff. We stayed there for 5 days and from the second day we asked to change rooms because of the flooded bathroom. They pretended they sent maintenance to look and said everything was in order. The water ran from the shower into the room because we went for a walk and left the tap running all day. I won't go back and I don't recommend it.”
