“Location was great. The grounds were nice with a great view of the ocean. We aren't the type to lay around on a beach, and if you are it might not be a good choice. Website says 10 min walk to beach, but it is probably double that. Would have given them 5 stars if they had kept the water level full and cleaned the jacuzzi better; and if the daily breakfast buffet wasn't so RIDICULOUSLY expensive.”

“good rooms, plenty of space. everything is pretty firm, so acrobatics are no issue. there is parking-to-room so no need to be worried about peeping eyes. the rooms are quite sound proof, i didn't catch anything coming from the contiguous units. everything was spot clean, cozy and the temperature is right on point allowing an evening on a birthday suit. there is a situation with the person who does answers the phone who sounds way to hot, at moments i thought that by mistake i did entry a hot line, or was busy taking care of other situations. beware of the entrance guy, didn't sound too kind, quite the opposite in fact. tldr; do recommend.”

“I have nothing but good words for this hostel. Of the two times we stayed here, both visits were enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is nice, and the hospitality is beyond what anyone could reasonably ask for. On another evening, we ended up at this hostel, but didn't have a reservation and found all the rooms full. Instead of saying sorry and showing us out, the owner immediately pulled out his phone, dialing several friends and found us a place to stay just down the road. This hostel and the people who staff it are truly exceptional.”

“Rooms are old fashion. Good location to go out and walk to nearby restaurants and beach. WiFi is not very good sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. It doesn't even make it to a 3 star hotel... Needs a lot of improvement. Plus they have restrictions of what you are able and not able to do, something they don't tell you when you check in.”

“The location was the only good part. But the hotel is far away from 4 stars as they claim to be. 1) Front Office staff don't speak any English and are extremely rude! 2) The room I stayed was super small, and no window in the bathroom, which makes hard for ventilation, so the walls from the bathroom were all mold. 3) Very old shower which was not working properly, cold water run for over 3min before getting hot. We complaint and nothing was done. 4) Hard to lock the room, as the key doesn't work properly. 5) Breakfast: Horrible coffee, an instant coffee!!!! For a 4 start hotel as they claimed, they could at least provide a better quality of coffee and breakfast. Fruits provided were not fresh. Yogurt was standing on the table without any refrigeration. Old furniture and carpets were just laying around the breakfast room, making you feel uncomfortable with the deposit of old stuff around you while you eat. Save your time and money and choose another place. Very expensive for what they deliver.”

“Excellent place to stay and gracious and charismatic hostess. Privileged location, close to public transport, Jumbo supermarket and Valdivia bus terminal. Cozy, comfortable, fully equipped and clean cabins. I stayed for a week and had a very pleasant stay. It is rented per day and the price-quality ratio is good. I would definitely stay at this place again.”
