The breakfast experience is really special where you can try making your own waffles, large choice of food, etc. The rooms are clean but really small. I really struggled with their pillows though, not comfortable.”

“I was in here for almost a week, it was a really good place for somebody just want a place to sleep and take shower. It’s secure, staff was friendly, bed was nice, convenience, it has washer machine, dryer, hair dryer, mini golf, place where service breakfast, a bar as well, it’s quietly, good quality, good service. It’s also not too far from the center and it has a good price. There are many room depend on your choice, but i highly recommend you the pod room if you are alone on your own travel, the bunk bed room group for a group for friends or big family and the couple room for couples”

“This is no where near the best hotel in Copenhagen as their recent award would perceive you to believe. We had booked 3 nights here but only stayed 1 night last night. Firstly the rooms are cheap, paper thin walls. There was loud noise coming from the courtyard and bar even although staff said it would be quiet after 10pm. I had to call and ask the music to go off. Then, out toilet overflowed and toilet water was all over the bathroom and so the staff moved us to a suite. The only difference between our standard room and suite was the size. We were shocked to find that the room was just as poor quality as ours. At night we could eat every move of those above us and the bed was so bouncy that every time me or my husband moved the bed moved. We both had terrible sleeps. We decided to complain and thankfully got a refund (thank you to the hotel staff for this)! The only positives about this hotel are the location and the vibe of the bar. Avoid this if you want a relaxing nights sleep and quality experience.”

“This hotel is great, we have been travelling around Europe and I think this was our favourite hotel to date. The rooms are clean and just fine, no microwave or fridge though. What really makes this place the best is the service, the front desk staff were always friendly and happy to help us for whatever we needed. The location is right beside the central train station which makes it an ideal base if you want to go to other areas in Denmark or Sweden from here. “The hotel is not far from the city center (around 20 minutes) and a few minutes from metro / train station. It was easy to find, stuff was kind, room was clean and comfortable. Also the breakfast was great for that price. I recommend this place! The communication between the stuff could be better. 2 days in a row I spoke with night shift stuff, that we want a breakfast the next day, but in the morning the day shift stuff did not have this info. Fortunately we were allowed to have the breakfast. Also the shower drain could be constructed better.”
