“I went to São Paulo this week with my family for a trip. We had a bad experience at this hotel. Very poorly located. The rooms all have leaks in the shower stalls and showers. When it was time to take a shower, the bathroom was completely flooded. The reception staff are super rude and rude. They keep regulating the cleaning service and did not provide enough bath towels for the guests staying in each apartment. Mine were 3 guests and they only left a single face towel. You have to laugh at such nonsense, don't you? The guy at the cafe didn't want to let my daughter enter the space to have breakfast, claiming that her name wasn't on the guest list. He warned her that she had to pay for the coffee. Old, dirty elevators without maintenance signs. I asked for a bath towel and a face towel in the room and the attendant said she was alone at reception and couldn't take it to my room, at 6pm, when we arrived at the hotel tired. We went down 3 floors and went to get towels and the rude woman handed over a dirty, worn towel like a floor cloth and said she didn't have one for her face. Horrible accommodation. Unprepared, poorly trained staff. We stayed there for 5 days and from the second day we asked to change rooms because of the flooded bathroom. They pretended they sent maintenance to look and said everything was in order. The water ran from the shower into the room because we went for a walk and left the tap running all day. I won't go back and I don't recommend it.”

“It is a good quality to price ratio. The room is simple but clean and big. There's space to walk around with ease. The bathroom has an electric shower and the tap only gives cold water. WiFi and breakfast are free. If you get here by car, a problem is to find a cheap place to park as the hotel doesn't provide any space or special convention. Expect to spend about 50 reis per day for the car in a secure place.”

Ibirapuera park is walking distance. Brascan open mall is 2 minutes. Lots of banks and supermarkets around. No elevator. Ask for 1st floor room. Breakfast is good. Washrooms serve the purpose and are clean. Beds are great. Staff os helpful. Sometimes wifi is slow. Cheap option in great location.”

“Very simple hotel, good for an overnight stay. I went to São Paulo for a competitive exam and in the region it was the best value for money. Positive points: location, close to all types of shops, close to the metro station, the hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. The coffee is simple, but it served the purpose well. On the date I went, I had no problem with noise from other guests. Air conditioning and shower working well. Negative points: The day I stayed it was difficult to sleep because unfortunately there was a karoke bar on the other side of the street that must have stopped at 3:00 am. The bed and pillows were already quite worn out, especially the bed, with the well-used mattress, which ended up making the night a little uncomfortable. Furthermore, if you need quick accommodation to rest, it's worth the cost-benefit.”

“It was okay for me. Not bad. The room and the washroom was so clean and perfect. The location of the hotel is perfect. It’s good value as per the price. Breakfast was also good. It’s peaceful and I didn’t find any noise. All the bathroom accessories and amenities were available (soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo and Disposable Hair Plastic Shower Caps). The room is so small and difficult to walk 😅. There’s no Cloth hanger stand for keeping dress, but have a very small wall mounted cupboard. There’s a wall mounted plastic hanger in the washroom. At night after 8:00 PM you will not find any restaurants opened around the hotel area 🤦🏻😅😀. So, it will be difficult to get dinner, there’s a food menu in the room for the hotel’s restaurant but I didn’t try it. The Sé Metro 🚈 station is very near from the hotel and there’s bus stop just in front of the hotel. Uber and 99 taxis are available. There’s free coffee and paid cold drinks available in the reception area. The staffs are good but I was little bit disappointed by the Night Shift receptionist, he was sleepy mood and the customer service was not as per the Hotel receptionist performance. But, the day shift lady receptionist was so friendly and nice 😊.”
