Every interaction, from housekeeping to the concierge, was marked by genuine friendliness and a willingness to go the extra mile. Beyond the exceptional service, the hotel itself offered everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. They have a spa and we also enjoyed a lovely breakfast each morning. The location was convenient, within walking distance of several landmarks. We had a two-night stay here but my family and I wished we could have stayed longer! “First of all, I have to say: hotel staff are extremely hospitable, friendly and polite people, this is how they treat their guests with respect and a smile. The rooms are nice for their price. Street noise is not a big problem if you come for the holidays and come to the room late at night. The employees were kind and caring. It is at a central point in Kadıköy, less than 2 minutes' walking distance from both the airport bus stops and the ferry piers. It is also a very good service to have hot tea service at the reception floor. I love it.”

“Okay, this is a hostel, keep that in mind. We were able to park our rental car. The breakfast was amazing! The staff was pleasant, professional, and accommodating. Now, the best part about this hostel is that it is, literally, walking distance from the major attractions. When you leave the hostel, on your right down the street to your left is a little store, go there for your snacks and drinks. The restaurants were expensive, really expensive. Look at the prices and the menu first and do the conversions, because we paid way too much for the food there and at the airport, ridiculous prices. I’m too embarrassed to say how much, but lesson learned. Should have asked the hostel staff about where to eat, but we were too excited to just start walking.”

“Great staff teams, good room with delicious breakfast buffet and good locations with 5 minutes walk to the metrobus station and a giant shopping mall with everything, a bus stop in front of this hotel and 8 minutes walk to the supermarkets crossing the footbridge. * Some noises from other guests back at midnight and the floor cleaning inside the room and outside are a bit dirt, but these are acceptable.”

“The included breakfast is super dissatisfying (they didn't even have omelette, just boiled eggs, fries and cheap sausage. Plus some cereal and milk). Walls in rooms are overly thin, I woke up several times because the guy next door was boiling a kettle, that is how thin they are. The room was manageable. The location is great, very close to the subway. The staff was normal, not more than that.”

“This person who claimed to be the manager came to WhatsApp to scold me after I posted a review on booking. This is how they treat customers. I wrote it clearly in the booking review. The location is very good and the staff is very welcoming. The disadvantage is that the sound insulation is poor. I can hear the snoring next door and the toilet upstairs every night. I can clearly hear every neighbor talking in the room. Because the furniture is so old, I hear rattling sounds every night. I think the review I gave is very pertinent. It is helpful for people who need a quiet environment to sleep. However, this manager actually asked me to delete the review, using the high-sounding reason "it will affect the income of employees". Is this how this hotel has a three-star rating? Attack every customer who leaves a negative review and buy good reviews with a low price? I have stayed in various hotels in more than 20 countries in Europe. For 25 euros a night, unless I'm in super expensive cities like London and Paris, I always find a satisfying hotel in Europe. This is definitely not the case.”

“Staff is very friendly and generous. Me and my friends went out for a walk, and one friend felt dizzy in front of the hotel. She almost lost consciousness. We were splashing her with the water and barely holding her. One staff member saw us from the window and came quickly to help. We brought her back to hotel and staff (I think one of them is hotel owner) measured her blood pressure and made her lemonade with garlic. Room was also clean and tidy.”

I also was trying to book the room online and they refused to give me their wifi password and told me to pay them more in cash. When i told them about the price that is on Hostelworld, they lowered the price but was still more than what says on the app. Do not let yourself be fooled and book it on the app.”

“We have been there 9 of us for the first time last week on this hotel, we all were surprised and didn’t expect to be treated from everyone there, reception, staff, owner, honestly I haven’t been treated like that for a long time, even though we had paid only for bed and breakfast we where allowed to use the terrace on the 7th floor any time we wanted, had a tea and coffee and they never said no to us for nothing. The rooms were clean every day, clean sheets and towels, they made sure we had a great time helping us to book places and anything we needed, when I go back to Istanbul this will be the only hotel to use, a big thank you to everyone there for making our holiday very special, the location also is amazing, I highly recommend this place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
