“The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a great location right near a subway station. There is also a penthouse floor with stunning views of the city that provided a nice spot to work. Unfortunately, our room felt pretty grimy and unclean. The floors were sticky and the chairs in the room....let's just say I covered them with a towel before I felt comfortable sitting on them. The two redeeming qualities in the room were the comfortable bed and a window that opened to let some fresh air in.”

“Clean, comfortable beds, light on amenities but great location. What made a huge difference for me was the guy behind the desk, Chris from Argentina. Super friendly, recommended some great spots to eat, got us some extra blankets. The hotel is rough around the edges but we got 5 star service. Totally recommend.”
