“Highly recommended! I stayed for 2 nights in a single room. The reception team were professional, polite and helpful. I felt safe even though I was traveling alone. The hotel itself and my room were very clean. The bathroom was very spacious, WiFi worked without any issues on my phone. I appreciated that I could open the windows both in the room and in the bathroom. I also liked the curtains, they've made the room very dark during the night, which together with a comfortable mattress helps to have a good sleep. The only thing I haven't checked out was the restaurant, as I'm on plant-based diet and I haven't seen anything I'd like to have in the menu. However, there are many shops and bakeries around, so it was easy to grab a snack. Overall, my stay was a very good experience, I've had a good sleep, felt safe and taken care of.”

“I have got a room that was not possible to lock with the key. I called the host and told about the issue. The host blamed me straight away and said it was my fault. I maid even a video to demonstrate the problem but that was not interesting for the host. She suggested another room with lower quality for the same price. At the end I could not leave my belongings in the room because it was not possible to lock it. The host is rude. I have been told that I will get a bad review. This is the customer service I have experienced 😔”

“It is a good place to stay, near the center of warsazawa,with good attention from the reception staff, with tea and coffee in the kitchen( thats be a verte nice detail with us) the rooms are good, the beds are comfortable and the atmosphere among the guests is very good. What is not so good is the cleaning service. Hey, I traveled at night and, let's see, it's okay that you have to clean the room. But if someone is sleeping, you can't talk to the person on the bottom bunk because you don't know what time people have arrived from their trips or how many hours they've been lying in an airport without sleeping. That on the one hand, regardless of what time it is. On the other hand, another different cleaner, who was in the kitchen this morning ( im not going to say Who IS her cause i work by the public too and I know better than anyone that sometimes could be hard and its okay) cleans what cleaning is, she cleans well. Now, on the one hand she talks to herself and on the other hand; Listen to me, if I'm throwing things out of the refrigerator, I'm still in the kitchen and I leave something in the sink and I haven't left yet and I haven't asked you to wash anything or scrub anything (the only thing missing is for me to ask anyone to scrub anything for me).
