“Stayed in this hotel before our flight and I'd say the hotel looks amazing. The workers are helpful, friendly and helped as much as they could. The location is convenient as it is directly in front of the airport (Literally across the road). Not much to say as everything was pretty much okay. Though I can't say the same for the room I stayed in. The airconditioner was not working properly and even though it was set at 16°C it was still HOT! Mind you, the weather was scorching in the afternoon. Thank god there was a ceiling fan but it didn't help much really. Other than the hot room everything was great though. I recommend if you plan on going on a flight for the convenience!”

China town in KL is a bustling place, with so many attractions nearby and live street music in the evening and oh what nice food in the surroundings. Apart from the perfect location, the hotel itself was really comfortable and the staff extremely friendly. The cost of room was minimal but again we were charged RM 30 for Tourism Tax which should be clear to us by Agoda upfront. Anyhow, the room was a Queen bed, the lift was smooth and not too crowded, clean place, nice people all the nice amenities. Next time i come to KL i will definitely stay here.”

The beach is not that far , but you do need transport . I usually hire a car to drive around . Makes it easier to have your own transport while on this island if you want to fully explore it . Kudos to the staff for maintaining the property very well ! I don’t know why people find it difficult to spot the stairs to the pool at the roof top . It’s easy to find and the property design is pretty simple . The property has a link bridge between the two main buildings .”

“Honest review from me, we stay at a one room suites for just one night. I noticed that the floor is not sweep clean before we check in. We can feel the sand on the floor all over the suites even the bathroom floor also got sand. About the kitchen, the microwave need to be change. Its not function anymore. No rice cooker, no toaster. Another thing that upset us more is when we went to the cafe for dinner, the staff told us that most of the menu is sold out already since morning. So we were left with limited selection of food. I can see other people also upset and left the cafe maybe to find other places nearby for dinner. But despite all that, the staff of the cafe (BBV cafe) still gave an excellent service, food arrive very fast👏👏👍👍. I forgot the two ladies' name (one is not wearing glasses, body is a bit chubby and gave extra milk for my son. While the other one is wearing glasses and i think she is chinese, thin body).”
