We really appreciated the medical care and program. Dr. Cappy who is the medical director was amazing. He was a life saver for me. I could not be more grateful for his expertise and consideration. “What can I say that hasn’t already been said about this hotel. Me, my husband and our three kids were just there for 3 nights. We have stayed at a few 4,5 star family hotels in the Austria region already but this hotel was by far the best. The room, the food, the service, the kids fun/aqua park and also the area for hiking. Everything was awesome. We are hoping to make it back there during ski season. Not usually one to write reviews but for this hotel I couldn’t not write one. Before we stay at hotels we always check the reviews and try to filter through the legit ones to get a good idea of the place. This hotel gets 5/5 and is worth the money. If you have the opportunity to go there- it will not disappoint!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a family of three (infant child). The hotel, room and facilities are spotless and very well maintained. The location is great for the Spieljoch skiing area & there is a frequent bus to Hochfügen. Breakfast is wonderful with a great variety of options. Dinner was amazing as well. Waitress Judith attended to our every need (she is a real gem - one of the best & friendliest hospitality professionals I've ever met). We look forward to returning next year!”

“The hotel on paper is impressive, but in reality it leaves quite a lot to be desired. My room had not been cleaned properly when I checked in, I had to insist upon it being cleaned properly. The room was very tired in places, in the bathroom the bath tub did not drain properly and the shower housing was brown in places with old dirt, The shower gel and shampoo were almost empty. The room carpet was heavily stained. Also there wasn't any complementary water or even a kettle, only a non complimentary minibar. The basic room rate was close to 150€. I had reserved half board and was disappointed by the quality of the food on offer. The congealed "Maggi" type sauces combined with some undercooked meats left my appetite seriously wanting. To say this is a 4*+, I was shocked at the low quality food offerings. I have had better motorway service station food. This hotel is in need of improvement in every capacity. The receptionists were helpful and apologetic, and the waiting staff attentive, but the buck should not rest with them but the management and the owner. Not recommended!”

Well let's just say that the value here is unbeatable. We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon, and despite the place being quite busy (including a pretty large birthday party), we didn't have to wait too long for service. The staff were friendly and quite chill, the food was very quick, and the experience overall was really good. Towards dhe end of our meal, the waitress brought us a bag to pack our leftovers in without us even asking which was a pleasant surprise. I'm definitely stopping by here again any time I'm close to Bruck!”

“We had the pleasure of staying here for one night for my husband's birthday and had the best time. Everything you could possibly need was catered for and more! Our 18-month-old had a blast exploring and playing and we felt very relaxed. Great food, wonderful facilities, beautiful location and super thoughtful little touches. I loved the fact that we could eat meals at the hotel and use all the facilities before our room was ready from 8am on check in day and until 5pm after we checked out, so we effectively got two days for the price of one night. “such a pretty spot to eat!! my family comes here regularly and the food is always spot on, it is high quality & the portions are just the right size to fit in some dessert. depending on the season, they have a different menu card, the only problem I have is that they don‘t always have something vegetarian BUT the chef always cooked something separately if I asked for something without meat. always serving with some fresh bread, oil or butter, also depending on the season. the location is perfect, even for bigger groups, waiters are really friendly and overall it’s worth all the money you spend!”
