“We had an excellent stay here, the food & service is very good. We loved the location one of the few hotels in the area that’s on a great swimmable beach with 2 amazing swimming pools. I would say the only drawback is price food and drinks are very expensive but that’s to be expected with this type of hotel, so if you can stomach that it’s a great place to stay.”

“This hotel definitely did not live up to the Travelocity rating. Have been in Mexico City numerous times and stayed and many different places and this was biggest let down. If you’re looking for high end boutique hotel, stay at one of the …”

“We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the amenities. We even made sure to visit the restaurants and received good service. The issue that brought down the rating was when I went to check out, the front desk person and manager decided to charge me $35 for a family member that visited and we sat by the pool. This was after we paid for the food, hotel and extra fees. I asked if this was shared with me when I checked in and they proceeded to argue the fine print. I don't plan on returning for this reason.”

“Average hotel, rooms were clean and newly updated. Bed average, pillows average. Breakfast was available with a few selections to choose from. Lots of places to sit either during breakfast or with friends to play cards and talk. This hotel is right next to a major highway that has a lot of 18-wheeler diesel truck traffic and for some reason the big trucks use their Jake-break all the time so the noise barrles through the closed windows all night long. That kept me awake on and off all night. Please note there are very limited choices to explore, eat, or walk on even surfaces once you leave the property. There is a Chili's restaurant across the highway several blocks away. There is a major mall that is several blocks walk with another Chili's restaurant, and Starbucks inside alongside lots of shopping opportunities. This hotel was booked by our tour company we used as part of our Copper Canyon trip. We had 200% issues with our tour company but this hotel was okay. There are the standard big hotels close to the mall and business area about a mile or so down the freeway; Hilton and lots of other better more beautiful and quieter options but i an not sure about the prices since this was party of the tour. What would I do different? Definitely not used the your company i found on Facebook. Just booked our tours on my own including the hotels. Would have been a much better experience and higher grade hotels.”

“Great place to stay! The location is perfect where you can shop, eat, and walk in the park just behind the hotel. The food was awesome at the restaurant. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean, well organized, and well maintained. I highly recommend this place!!”

“Location, friendly staff”
Av. Adolfo López Mateos Sur 613, Jardines del Bosque, 44520 Guadalajara, Jal., Mexico
“The property was clean and well-located, and the staff, particularly in the breakfast area, were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my AirPods were stolen from my room on the second day of our six-day stay. I reported the incident to the reception desk and provided the GPS location of the AirPods using the FindMy app to aid in the investigation (they were in the outskirts of Guadalajara, far away from the Hotel) The following day, the hotel manager informed me that a member from the cleaning staff had taken my AirPods, claiming to have "found them in the trash" and decided to keep them (the earphones were obviously not in the trash, I don't have the habit of storing expensive gadgets with used tissues and leftovers). I was informed that the thief faced a temporary suspension, and while I did recover my AirPods, the entire ordeal left an sour taste in my mouth. This incident, coupled with the discomfort it caused, led us to opt out of having more staff people coming into our room for cleaning during the remainder of our stay, which was an inconvenience. Our choice of this hotel was influenced by the expectation of avoiding such issues, and this experience fell short of our hopes. Despite the recovery of my property, the inconvenience and disappointment overshadowed what could have otherwise been a satisfactory stay.”

“I have stayed here many times since they opened. Great location and the staff is always great. Unfortunately this time I was given a room where the linens had not been changed. I would like to clarify that normally this place is amazing and this was a anomaly. I will continue to stay here.”

“If it is within your budget, I believe you will be very well pleased with your stay here. Everything about it is a class act. Normally I’d write more, but truthfully, that’s enough. It is a fantastic hotel. With one qualification as follows. But here’s the thing. Would I, personally, stay here again? Probably not. I slept okay but, for me, the beds were a bit on the hard side. And my sleep wasn’t as great as at another hotel that I tried on this visit. So I moved back to my favorite hotel of this trip, noting to you that it does not have a gym, swimming pool, or restaurant (so please don’t rule out Cartesiano if you want a gym and swimming pool). To give you an analogy, it’s like a restaurant where the food is great, but there is that one person who is a little more sensitive to saltiness than the majority of people, who would not enjoy the meal as much even though the food is great. Well, that is me, respect to bed comfort. I don’t like hard beds, and am just OK with semi hard beds. I came to Puebla in January 2024, with the intention of seeing museums that we had missed when we were here in October 2023, visiting more restaurants, that we did not have an opportunity to dine at, and to try a different hotel, each for two nights, before moving onto another hotel. The intention was to check out several hotels at various price points for comfortable beds, because, you see, in Mexico a lot of times, the beds can be very hard, and in some cases it is like sleeping on concrete. Hotels opt for harder beds because they last longer before needing to be replaced. So on this particular trip, I visited many hotels during the day to check out the beds, and stayed in four different ones over the length of my vacation of two weeks.”

“I am almost speechless as to how amazing this property, the staff, and every attention to detail that entailed our 5 day vacation. The food is amazing, the staff is always at your service to help with any little or big ask, and are willing to accommodate almost any need of yours during your stay. The location of the property is extremely peaceful and away from the craziness of what you may experience in Cancun for example, which truly allows for a true relaxing getaway! Anyone looking for some time away in peace from their daily life - I would 100% recommend this property and everything about it!”
