“Felt like we visited India instead of Singapore! Very cool! The hotel is indeed extremely small especially for a family. However, we were not in the room often. We were greeted by courteous and caring front desk staff. They are very accommodating here! We initially had a huge issue with our room being in the middle of a group that rented several rooms which meant they spoke to each other loudly at the hallways. We were awaken at 7am to their chit chats and screaming of their kids. The staff was prompt in moving us to another room. Very kind of them to do it so quickly. We got a nice quiet room and were finally able to get some rest. They had awesome pillows and comfortable bed! The sofa bed was sufficient for the kids. Be aware that the main bed is upstairs which is a bit tight to go up & down. The pool was cold but still fun for the kiddos. Highly recommended!”

“We received a very warm welcome from Amin and Ash upon our arrival at The Warehouse. They helped us with check in and gave us useful information about the area as well as ways to get around and where to get money exchanged. The hotel is modern and has a hip vibe. The shower was amazing and the bed was firm, just the way we like them. Complimentary water, tea and coffee was available and slippers were provided. Umbrellas were also available for guest use which came in very handy a few times during our stay. We enjoyed our stay!”

“It's an excellent hotel. The breakfast is lovely with a huge selection of Western and Asian cuisines. The view from the top floors is amazing, the rooms and the amenities are very comfy. The location is very central, with an easy access to taxis, grab, metro, and walking. Shopping malls surround the hotel. Good restaurants in the same complex like the hotel. The price is also very reasonable. The pool has a very easy access (outside), but a bit small and it feels like swimming in a large concrete cage. That said, it's rarely crowded and easy to go for a quick swim. If you want a bit more spa-like experience, you should probably try something else.”

“So we had the best experience at voco orchard. It’s an amazing hotel and the hospitality is just fabulous. The rooms were clean. Several people from their staff had served us. But a big shout out to Pauseuy from the dining team and Jared from concierge. They were incredible. Breakfast is really good, they have ample of vegetarian options. In fact they have a separate counter for Indian food. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone .”

The staff arranged a doctors visit but then very little else ,we were unable to enjoy our holiday properly . Also this put the kids pool out of service so our kids could not enjoy the facilities. No compensation was offered and after repeated pleas for a copy of the incident report for our doctors at home we have received no help Be careful of aging facilities and poor management”

“Wanted to book the villa to host an event. Contacted their senior manager and she indicated that there is a pax limit of 20 at any one time, and will do checks on us to make sure this is adhered to. Moreover, their food catering has a minimum order quantity of 30 pax. I find it absurd and wanted to meet her for a discussion. Then she went silent on me. Although their villas are nice, their customer service and rules definitely need more improvements. Disappointed.”

Staff are extremely helpful and their patio is a great viewing platform for the Jewel mall. One suggestion, rethink placement of refrigerator/bagel oven/coffee along the patio counter. Present placement stacks up the guests all on top of each other when there's a bit of a crowd. Not a big deal at all. Just a suggestion to reach perfection. YotelAir does a fantastic job!”

Being located in the front of the Fairmont is very convenient and adds to the luxury atmosphere created here.”

“Customer service is great. The room is a standard size, and is decorated well. Bathroom is again of standard size, the shower is the best, I want one. Just at the press of a button it turns on with a overhead rain shower, normal shower and one that comes out of the bottom that I can only assume is for washing the feet, it also has a digital display for the temperature. Room had a balcony too but we did not use it.”
