“Nice view but nothing else. I had reserved a room but when I went there, they told me that no reservation had been made in my name. The food was not delicious and the room was not worth 240€. After clocking out, we were asked to pay for the snacks we had consumed from the room. Terrible!!! It is the first time that a hotel has charged us for this.”

There is a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step in and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. The food is simply magnificent, every dish is like a masterpiece, with delicious flavour and impressive presentation. My parents are very difficult to please regarding food, because my mother is a wonderful cook and for this reason they rarely like food in restaurants. But Flower Hotel is one of the very few ones that she really loved and cannot wait to go back again.”

“I was with my familu there and it was jam packed. We couldn't find a table and when we asked the waiter he said you should have been here before( very rude). We finally found a table and when we sat the waiter saw us and said finally you sat down. That day there was a wedding and the bride came with a helicopter , so a dog they probably fed got really scared and came and hid under our table me and my cousin who have a phobia of dogs were crying and begging the waiter to shoo him but he said : Oh I will and got back to taking videos on his phone for the bride. The dog was a stray dog so my aunt couldn't even shoo him because she was pregnant vary bad service.”

“Good, clean hotel with nice rooms and spacious bathrooms. The pictures shown on booking or their website are really representative. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Pictures of the breakfast we couldn't find so we took them for this review. The breakfast is also awesome with lots of choice and good service. It's an ideal hotel if you want to explore North/middle Albania or just want a relaxing holiday. Edit: despite it's close proximity to the airport, we haven't heard many/loud airplanes as the take-off/landing strip isn't pointed at the hotel, so they fly next to it and not over it.”

“It a very nice place but with the worst service, the server by the pool was super rude and tried to charge us for 3 extra cocktails and that without giving us a receipt. He refused to give us a receipt until we stated we won’t make a payment without a receipt. He tried to charge us $66 when we ordered drinks worth $42. He had no shame at all, that’s horrible costumer service. Also if u are thinking of Cesar salad don’t bother ordering, it will be a bunch of lettuce with corn and a whole bottle of mayonnaise on top, nothing like Cesar salad.”

“This hotel was the best part of Ksamil! It's a bit of a walk to the beaches but honestly not too far. Pool is lovely. Rooftop bar/breakfast area is beautiful. The owners really do everything, they are motivated to help with whatever. We went to the beach the day we checked out, and they let us leave our car in the parking garage and shower in the hotel afterward, which was super kind of them and much appreciated. This was also one of our favorite breakfasts of our trip.”

“In general my vacation was nice. I would say hotel's staff is nicer than locals coming to the hotel and being very rude and impolite Sunbeds and umbrellas are a pain, even if you reserve some near the swimming pool for you early in the morning it's expected that you will stay there all the time. So you may go for a lunch and someone takes it. And guess what - this will be some Albanian guest from the hotel or locals coming and paying for the place. So it's better to stay near the sea, which is very warm and nice. Beach is quite dirty and is not cleaned at all. Another strange thing - plastic and paper cups in the main restaurant. They have glasses and mugs.. I don't understand why they serve cola in the plastic cups and coffee in the paper ones. I would say part of the staff hardly speaks English. And of course they lost list of requests for the breakfast boxes and we left hotel at 5am without it. I have seen similar feedbacks from other people. So if you came to swim in the sea, don't care about plastic cups, dust in the room then this hotel might be an excellent choice. But if you paid for it as for 5 stars hotel you will get a lot of disappointment Also after arrival we had to wait for the room for quite long. The strange thing is that girls from the reception didn't say a word after they got keys from the "cleaned" rooms. So after some time I came to ask how long we need to wait and she said that we can go to our room. We were sitting in the hall near the reception with our suitcase and she didn't tell us that we can go to the room. They don't care that people didn't sleep the whole night...”

“Late September and October are the best time to stay at this hotel. The resort was very quiet, the weather was amazing, the breakfast buffet is great, and we only paid $120 for a room with a full ocean view. The one big downside to the rooms is that there's not a lot of separation in the balconies between your space and the room next to you. There's a plant but you can still fully see and hear the folks next to you as if they were in your balcony.”

“We had a pleasant stay on our quick trip in Tirana. The price of an entire apartment on Airbnb in Tirana is only $20-30 per night, so I was skeptical of paying €80, but the convenience was worth it as I was alone and with a toddler. The walking distance from the hotel to the airport cannot be beat! The breakfast is included and begins at 3AM, which is a huge perk! It even includes made-to-order coffees. The pool and fountain were a plus, as well as the playground. However, the grass in the playground area was overgrown. The hotel accepts debit and credit cards. The prices at the hotel restaurant are too high compared to other Albanian restaurant prices, so, again you are paying solely for convenience if eating there. We were pleasantly surprised our room had a private hallway and balcony. The common areas outside the room also have additional comfortable seating/resting areas. A portable crib was delivered to our room for no additional fee, which was a lovely touch! The bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable. We will be back, thank you for hosting us!”

“This is a great place to have drinks and a few snacks however the ambience is really cringe. There is cleaning lady who looks absolutely lovely but doesn’t stop cleaning the floors. It would be great to eat or drink in peace and not constantly worrying that the lady is touching you with the dirty cloth. Never seen this before in my life. Most restaurants or bars do all the cleaning during the breaks or after closing the shifts not while the customers are eating”

“Golem resort is terrible - dirt and misery everywhere. The hotel grounds are decent and that's it for the positives. The rooms that are in the tiny houses are covered in mold and smell horrible. It's hard to stay inside, what's left to sleep. Hygiene everywhere is terrific- especially in the bathrooms, where the glass of the shower cabin and the batteries of the sink and shower are never washed. There are no towels, as well as stands for personal hygiene items. I had to go to reception and ask for towels and a rack to let my clothes dry. I was told that they would bring as soon as possible. I waited almost an hour and after no one brought me towels, I called reception again. They brought, but one was dirty and instead of changing it, the boy started cleaning it in front of me. The fridge in the room was not working. The restaurant floor is not cleaned between meals, not to mention the coffee machines, which have months of dirt built up on them. All inclusive soft drinks are poured from large plastic bottles and are some cheap local brand. The umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach, which is like a dump, are placed so close to each other that you can easily hold the hand of the person from the adjacent umbrella. Loud music until late at night. Stay away from this hotel and this resort in general!! I am very disappointed and would not visit again!”
