“We had amazing 2 Michelin star restaurant experience, starting from the place itself, continuing with food and presentation and finishing with the service. Everything was on the highest level. Presentation of food is amazing, all the process is super organized, we had a chance to see the kitchen and taste something special over there. Just keep in mind that all the lunch will take you about 4h but it is worth it. The desert for a special events is served in a very surprising way as well:)”

“Went for vacation with my family. Best experience even in a hotel. Great Service! Rooms are comfortable always clean. The Staff is amazing! Always willing to go the extra mile for you. The location is perfect, if you want to walk around all the nearby stores and restaurants. The drinks at the new bar are awesome! The restaurant is a little bit pricey but worth it. We had breakfast included and the variety exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend! You won't be disappointed.”

“Perfectly located beautiful hotel. Nice and friendly personnel.. Excellent and delicious dinner, breakfast also of good choice. Swimming pool is big and luckily kids also allowed. Suite room is very nice! All in all: 10/10 points.. excellent place! During our stay also 40 cm snow around the hotel which made it like in a fairy tale. We will return for sure. Can only recommend this hotel.”

“Very good hotel and very well located next to the train station. The room is very well decorated and very comfortable. The bathroom is new and very well equipped. My only criticism is some areas haven't been dusted in a while, like the light fixtures next to the bed and towel rack. Also, the shower has not much pressure. The staff is super friendly and super efficient.”

“Organized a small two-day business meeting here a while ago. Wonderful atmosphere and first-rate service. Bistro breakfast and lunch were great, and dinner in the Aurum restaurant spectacular. Staff extremely responsive and accommodating. Our meeting room was nice, but also had a bit of an echo, so I would not recommended it for hybrid meetings/videoconferencing (even though technically feasible). For F2F meetings, it is perfectly fine. The prices are certainly motivated by the quality of service and accommodation.”

The service was great and they were always reachable even in the middle of the night. The room was cleaned and spotless everyday. Will most definitely be coming back. The location is great and our view from the third floor onto the beautiful city was simply gorgeous.”

“Nice hostel. Liked our stay here. Value for money is absolutely given. Especially for the private rooms. Just 10% more for two people than booking 2 dorm beds is exceptionally cheap. Room was clean and the amenities in the room great. The common areas in the lobby are nice and invite for working. WiFi is fast and stable. Also great to have a gym included. The only real downside is the kitchen. There was no cleaning supplies available even after the staff checked the kitchen. They just looked at the dishwasher, that was run through and did not empty it. Normally I would do that but after asking they told me staff is doing it. Also there where no drying raggs in the kitchen anymore for two days. Regardless I would absolutely stay again, value for money in Antwerp is nice.”

“We had an excellent experience at this property. Very attentive staff, excellent amenities in the historic part of Bruges. We stayed there with young children and the staff went above and beyond in making us feel welcomed. The breakfast was phenomenal, served in high end porcelain dish. No detail was spared to surprise us. As a final surprise, bottles of water and mints were waiting for us in our car. Those little details make a world of difference! We will definitely return to this amazing property.”

“Overall, I really enjoyed my experience at this hotel. I arrived at 0900 although my check-in was not until 1500. They had a room available and immediately took care of me! This hotel was perfect for me as a solo traveler, it was very nice and peaceful. Every time I went down to ask a question, the staff were always there ready and willing to assist me. I needed power adapters and they handed me a box to take what I needed for my stay. I can't stress enough how awesome the staff and vibe was there. The location was also great, the hotel sits in a location right next to the shopping strip that offers a plethora of stores and markets for you to enjoy.”

“Arrived at this peaceful haven by bicycle on as the wind was building up for a storm. Surrounded by greenery and water, it's difficult to believe that there's a busy road and lively town so near. Our room was spotlessly clean and really comfortable, the shower was excellent. Breakfast was delicious. The restaurant was closed on the night we were there (it's not open on Mondays and Tuesdays) so didn't get to try it. Special thanks to Renske for being kind as well as friendly and professional.”

“We spent there 1 night, and were quite disapponted upon our arrival: room's floor was filthy and the tissue box was empty (important when you arrive with a minor cold :)). Both issues were rectified, however, we later on discovered we had received only 1 set of toiletries, and one of the glasses in the bathroom was dirty, and the other one slightly broken. We have transmitted our remarks to the receptionist the next morning, who only noted them down. So we paid the whole price, without them offering any discount. Breakfast was however spectacular and the building itself and the small park in front is very nice.”
