“A lovely and serene place to stay, just steps away from the hustle and bustle of Old Quebec. We stayed in mid-December while taking in the German Christmas market. It's a little cultural and historical experience, with much of the lower floor area dedicated to the museum about the Augustines. The museum was well curated and has an extensive collection of static and video displays. We stayed in a conventional hotel room with an en-suite bath. The king+ bed was soft and comfortable. Guests can also stay in a renovated nun's cell and use the shared bathrooms on the floor. Our package included the tasty and nutritious breakfast. With silent dining, it added to the peace in the whole facility. All the staff members we interacted with were friendly and outgoing and readily accommodating to our poor command of French. This would be our first choice when visiting Québec City in the future.”

“I can not say enough about this wonderful little hotel! We were completely charmed by the art and decor and Crystal at the front desk who was so knowledgeable. The room was a loft which my son absolutely loved, it was clean and comfortable and very large. We spent hours exploring the hotel and checking out all of the art. Each room has a different theme and we will be back to stay in a different room to see all the differences. We wish we could have explored each room and not just the hallways and lobby! It felt like we were in a trendy eclectic gallery and we loved every minute! Thank you so much for an amazing stay!”

“We had a great stay here over Christmas. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, our room was very spacious with an extremely comfortable bed, and the breakfast selection was good. Appreciated the staff providing a late checkout so that we could enjoy the facilities in the morning; the fitness room is well-equipped, and the pool is a very good size for a hotel. The cookies and shortbread at check in on Christmas day were a lovely touch, and delicious. Would definitely stay here again.”

The fact that the rooms have a record player is an adorable, thoughtful touch. The location is perfect - close to the subway, but also just a walk away from a bunch of great restaurants, lovely cafes, & cute shops. This past visit, I was a little stressed because I arrived a couple hours before check-in and wasn’t sure what to do with my luggage, but the staff was super kind and accommodating. They stored my bag for me and even put it in my room once it was ready to make my experience as easy and effortless as possible. Incredible! Highly recommend :)”

“Great location, plus indoor secured parking is available.5 minutes walk to fisherman's wharf. Nice swimming pool. The Jacuzzi was not hot and with a limited capacity of 10 people. Always packed with people. For a 6 level , 2 building complex. While I was in the Jacuzzi, show lots of people come wait a little while,then leave disappointed. There is a separate Jacuzzi for kids, but the water was too cold. So no kids used it. They used the adult Jacuzzi. No ac in the rooms. We were there when it was hot, had to use a noisy fan, to keep cool. The front desk was willing to give extra coffee and soap upon request. Short walk to the inner harbor with lots of eating places, and activities going on.”

“I am definitely going to stay here again. My fiance and I had such a great time, and the staff went above and beyond to accomodate our requests and our issue we had with our credit card. The walk to downtown is fast, and when we drove to the mountains our car got muddy, we found that the hotel has a self service car wash in the underground parking which was so convenient! Our view was beautiful, and it was so lovely to have our morning coffee with a mountain view (request a mountain view). The coffee itself was excellent quality. The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to leave it. The shower was amazing and you can turn it different styles and directions. Overall the hotel was clean, quiet and the hot tub was amazing with the mountain view which faces the highway. I'm so happy we found this hotel and can't wait to book again, I will be recommending to our family and friends.”

The room was very nice with a lovely deck from which to enjoy the spectacular view. I enjoyed a nice relaxed dinner in the restaurant and was able to be back on my deck to watch the sunset. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating of my poor French, especially the charming young man at the front desk when I was checking in. I was so tired from driving that I was struggling with any language! My only complaint would be that my stay was not long enough and next time I will definitely stay longer.”

Bathroom tub is clean and bigger than normal. Door to the bathroom is a sliding which is amazing because the bathroom feels so much bigger. Breakfast was just enough choices.
