“An exceptional experience! The staff were all attentive, very responsive, and we were treated like royalty. The food was exceptional as was the dining experience. The hotel is beautifully appointed, with very spacious rooms and bathrooms. The criticism of the room was we had no air conditioning and the room had limited ventilation. When we expressed this concern we immediately received a fan, which helped tremendously. I highly recommend this beautiful facility to everyone. The location is perfect for all one does in and around Puerto Varas, and parking is super to have. Very good breakfast, lots of fresh fruit! Dinner in the restaurant was lovely. There are many nice restaurants and shops a short walk away.”

“A hidden gem. The hotel staff was exceptional! The food selection was great! No real complaints! My neighbors were naughty and loud! Great entertainment, but they could use some sound proofing between walls! I didn’t take pictures of the hotel, but the signs for Concepcion and Talcahuano are just outside! A little walk over the overpass that leads to a huge mall, and you can see them clearly! Oh, and the mall across the street is very convenient!”

“We were regulars at this hotel for years. We loved especially the location. You feel you're on a ship at sea. The hotel was always rather old and traditional, slightly funky, but I liked that. The restaurant was excellent, the staff nice, and the breakfast spectacular: a huge buffet with eggs made to order, various cheeses, breads, fruits, juices, avocado, cold cuts, cereals. And delicious coffee, cappuccinos, etc. Now, as with other hotels after the pandemic, the hotel charges much more for the same room. I think there is a new owner. Most disappointing was the breakfast: sliced bread from the supermarket, a couple of slices of ham and cheese. And only instant Nescafe. The second day they brought eggs after we asked for them. The service isn't what it used to be either. Sad.”

“A bit outdated, but overall clean. Their parking is located 3 blocks away, and is a public lot- so a little sketchy- I'd recommend you don't leave anything visible within your car. The breakfast set up was very unorganized and crowded with the way the seating arrangement is set up next to the food. Our room was a little loud at night because we faced the park across the street. If you are looking for a quick place to stay while passing through, it's ok, but other than that I'd avoid more than one night.”
