“Nice property w/ very attentive staff in a lovely neighborhood. The food restaurant’s bfast buffet was a highlight. The gym is good, too, clean and ordered. I used their library/business area one day and it provided the space, table, and quiet I needed. In my room there was sometimes an electrical humming sound. I also suggest the following: bath slippers, shower cap, and plush robes. That aside, excellent.”

“The bungalows with private pool overlooking the ocean was a truly unique and special experience for us. You are very much in nature though, with many animals around. The beach is small but the water is nice and there aren't too many rooms so it never feels crowded. The breakfast spot it great. We just stayed 2 nights, I imagine if you stayed for longer than 3 or 4 days you may get a little bored of the menu which is the same in both restaurants.”

“The hotel itself is beautiful, rooms are large, nice, and clean, and the whole place is quiet and relaxed. The food at dinner was delicious and drinks too, and we enjoyed using the kayaks to explore the coastline. I imagine if the hotel was more busy it would feel quite small but it was the perfect amount when we were there. However, we had reserved a room with a private balcony and upon arrival they tried to put us in another room without saying anything. Of course we noticed right away it wasn't the room we reserved and asked what happened. They had given our room away to other guests, which is an unfortunate and most likely common practice here. They offered us free dinner or an excursion to "make up for it", and we had no choice really. This kind of thing shouldn't happen! Additionally, if you are planning to drive here rent a 4x4 vehicle - the roads are dirt and are barely passable in a regular vehicle.”

No AC in rooms and some bugs because you are in a ecolodge surrounded by nature.. Not for those who insist on all the modern conveniences but definitely for those who crave peace and quiet and natural beauty. . Very memorable experience.”
